My mother starting developing dementia and had became very frail; and it became clear that she would need care to allow her to stay in her home. Blossom have provided excellent care. Their carers are competent, kind, patient and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I have had the team from Blossom looking after my mum since the beginning of June. Only 3 days a week but it has given me a welcome break from the daily care mum now needs. They have been professional and very efficient and they provide access to the comments from the visits which have been well documented.
I get advance notice of the different girls attending and timings which gives me the opportunity to manage mums expectations. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided. As I don't attend when the girls visit, my comments are based on access to the feedback.

Blossom looked after my Mum in between being in care. All the staff were amazing. Went above and beyond to help my Mum with all her needs. Carers became friends and would do everything possible to look after her.

The owner is one of the nicest people we know and has become a really good friend. The office staff are great, as are all our brilliant carers. I just can't praise them enough for looking after my husband and me as they do. they are all a part of the family now. We love them all.

I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with Blossom Homecare. My mother's previous care company found her too much trouble and were constantly complaining about her, exaggerating her problems, wanting her to be admitted to hospital or a care home and often huffing and puffing while they worked.
When Blossom Home Care took over my mother was confined to her bed 24/7. Within days the transformation in my mother was staggering. She was out of bed all day, being properly washed in the bathroom, and animated and lively. She still has difficulty standing and sitting and she's slow with Alzheimer's but the big difference is that the staff at Blossoms really do care. They treat her with respect, they are patient, they are cheerful, they constantly build her up and encourage her with positive encouragement and reinforcement. They have given her back her will to live. Nothing is too much trouble and my mother has thrived in their care. I can't thank them enough.

The manager and her team are the most compassionate, caring people I’ve ever met. They are absolutely lovely to my dad who is totally bed bound. They treat him with a kindness and love in a way one would treat one’s own close family member. I cannot find words to express my gratitude to them - thank

My mother has been receiving home care from Blossom for the past 6 months, they are well trained and professional and always put mother’s needs first. I can recommend them to provide reliable, safe and person-centred care.
