We have found Be Caring to meet the needs of my parents. The carers all enter their property with a smile and warm greeting. They are considerate, caring and overall competent in the jobs we require doing. The carers are happy to engage in conversation and always make my parents feel comfortable.
The
app is great for monitoring the service they are providing.

Timely visits.
Only 1 carer not able to use bath lift.

I am happy with all the care I am receiving from the four carers that come to my home. It is a big help to myself, washing, dressing and meals and this makes me feel safe in my home.
