The Carers that I have the Carers that I have are very nice. They do all the things that they're supposed to do. They're pleasant. They are kind and they are discreet as well and in my opinion they go far above and beyond what they are supposed to be doing I've got no problems with a big caring. I think the staff that worked there and the management in the office are very nice people. They're very polite to me when I grow up and if I need any assistance, they would always assist me.Ç thank you

Be caring have helped with caring for my 92 year old mother since July this year. It has been so reassuring to know they will be there when I can't. She receives an early morning and evening visit to help her dress and undress again for bed. We have found the carers to be friendly, efficient and extremely patient. Their help has been invaluable to us as a family and mam is very comfortable with all the girls. Thank you.

My sister is very pleased with the care she recieves the carers are lovely they are very gentle with her. They make sure everything is done to make her comfortable and make sure she has her meals. They also have a chat with her and a laugh; as she does not get out much they cheer her up.

My experience of Be caring is excellent the carers are extremely helpful and supportive. I consider myself to be rather lucky having my carer around me on a daily basis and I couldn't ask anymore from them. From the people in the office to the carers themselves they should be very proud of the team that they have.

I Have been with Be Caring since 2019 and over the years they have been able to let me live independently and I have always had good carers I always let them know when I am going away in very good time.

At start of care package was informed that it would be 2 carers only and other carers would cover regular carers on holiday. Now I'm having different carers on a daily basis. No chance of building a repore!!! Having to explain on a daily basis what's needed to be done. I was very happy with my 2 carers at start, now not satisfied.

I have had a very good service provided by the caring company, Be Caring Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Team including the Management Staff, the Reviewer and the Carers are all very efficient, extremely helpful, very accomodating and polite. The caring Team Members are very punctual, on time all the time and always willing to help all the time. I have nothing but words of admiration for the full team. The Manager and her administration are really care about the caring service. The Reviewer is very thorough and had attention to details. A very good Caring Team indeed!

I have been assisted by Be Caring, Newcastle Upon Tyne, since February 2025, two visits every day, in the morning and in the evening, and have appreciated the help which has been given by the carers when visiting me. I had prior to February fallen on two occasions, and I am not very steady on my feet (I use a Zimmer Frame). The carers do all they can to ensure that I am washed and dressed in the morning, and then prepared for bed in the evening, any medical needs (ie) creams or ointments, are sometimes used. The carers do all they can, in a kind and friendly way, and treat me with respect.

We are very pleased with the carers, they go above and beyond to help with daily living needs my brother looks forward to seeing them nothing is a problem they are so helpful and caring. Also my brother is with me while I fill in this review and like me he is happy with the carers package. Lovely friendly staff.
