Contrary to your statement our training is not a 3-day video programme. Our Care Workers undergoing a rigorous induction, including 5 days of classroom-based training and ongoing community-based onboarding. Competencies are assessed in real-world settings to ensure high quality care. We have actively participated in Multidisciplinary Team meetings to tailor your husband's care plans and manage your expectations. A visit from a Community Facilitator was promptly arranged where the care plan was reviewed, and observations were carried out with the Care Workers. Our Community Facilitator has continued to visit and monitor the concerns and we believed you were satisfied with the actions being taken.
