The carer always comes with a smile. Always professional and approachable, always away of safety.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are delighted to hear that your experience with our Care Workers has been such a positive one. We take great pride in our team's ability to provide compassionate and reliable care to our Service Users and your feedback serves as a testament to their hard work and dedication. Best wishes.
Excellent team of people. I have been with them since I came out of hospital in June. I am so grateful for everything they do. I see different people each day. I would like two continuous carers which I have asked to put in place. Still waiting because of my anxiety and two certain ones know me best and my routine, needs and mobility. So kind and caring. I have them twice a day. I could not do without them. Can't thank them enough. When I call they are helpful. Always put me at ease.
We understand your desire to maintain care workers who are familiar with your routine, needs, and mobility and are actively working to address it.
Thank you once again, your feedback is invaluable. Best wishes.
Was given this care company by adult social care. Generally, some carers are good, others have no idea and can't be bothered. We were given set times for visits and so far not kept to, they think it is okay to give the service user lunch at 2pm then dinner at 4.30 and bedtime 8.30 leaving them with no food or drink for 12 hours until the morning carer visits. When I complain the management don't follow it up. Some carers think it's okay to help themselves to the service user's food as they know the service user isn't mobile at the moment but the family have noticed.
We are extremely sorry and disappointed that you've had cause to complain about our service. We aim to provide the best care possible to those we support and take all feedback and complaints seriously. As you are aware we have been in contact with you and we have fully investigated the matter...
patients and their needs properly, also was advised to do own medication which was muddled in
his last week before he died. Took three weeks to have the kitchen trolley and bath board fitted
which I collected myself. On 19th January 2023, my son passed away in his sleep found by the morning carer.
To date, not one word of condolence from this couldn’t care less company. I do hope the
carer who found my son got more support and consideration but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
Please be assured that a next of kin was contacted and offered condolences at the time. Unfortunately, we did not have your contact...
Caring staff, always cheerful and willing to assist. Always look neat and tidy in uniform. Very calming if client in a bad mood.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate your feedback. It's great to hear that you are happy with the service you are receiving.
I am delighted with the care I receive from the carers. They are professional, friendly and diligent. They treat me with care and treat me like a human being. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always make sure that I have everything before they leave. First-class service and all are a credit to their company and profession.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review, it's wonderful to read that you are so happy with the service you are receiving from our team. We'll make sure that your lovely comments are passed onto the relevant care workers who visit you.
The managers of this company don't have the decency to reply back to a complaint. My mum was not treated like a human. They did not encourage her to drink fluids and left her in soiled clothing and bedding.

I have been using a frame for the last 8 months and I am very happy with the care I have received. The team are fantastic and I am very well cared for. They offer a wide range of round-the-clock assistance and care and help me with my day-to-day chores and activities. I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service and feel very well cared for.
At this moment my mum is happy with her care plan and carer.
Very pleased with the care given to mum in covid 19. Carers have been very kind to mum, it would be nice for her to have familiar faces when caring for her as they know mum's ways and what she wants. Overall very pleased with the service of care given.
The ladies that come have been very kind and willing to help me where I need it. They allow me to explained what needs doing and how I appreciate it being done. The communication between the office and the service user could be better, as when changes are made, the service user is not informed. Thank you.
We are all very happy with the staff at Abbots Care and they have gone far and beyond to help us all. They have made our life easier and less stressful. They sing to my Dad which he loves and we all have a lovely chat and enjoy the company.
All the carers who support my mum to continue living at home are wonderful. They are extremely patient and make her as comfortable as possible. The more experienced carers are quick to spot any possible problems and liaise well with all the family members.
My husband's carers are very obliging, kind, and considerate. Ask if anything else is needed. Quite happy with the service.
All carers that have looked after my relative have been wonderful. I can't fault them, they always have a very kind way about them.
Thank you very much Carol for your lovely review. Our fully trained and qualified staff are always careful and professional when dealing with our service users and I'm delighted to hear you're extremely satisfied with Abbots Care!
Abbots Care staff have worked with my Mother since her discharge from hospital on 18th March. I have been with my Mum since that date. The care staff (all of them) have been friendly, professional and caring. I have nothing but praise for them all. Thank you for all your help.
Thank you for your kind words. Our staff are amazing at what they do and very happy to hear your experience has been 5-star with us! Hope your mother is keeping very well too!
Have been with Abbots for 5 weeks including re-enablement. All carers have been fantastic and caring. Treated with utmost dignity and respect.
Thank you very much for using Abbots Care and your wonderful rating! Do let us know if you need any further assistance with your care service, at any time. Many thanks.
The care worker is brilliant. Very helpful.

They do a marvellous job. I could not manage without them.
They all have treated me very well. They are professional and a lovely bunch of girls. No complaints whatsoever.

Meet the Team (4)
Together with my family, I founded Abbots Care in 1995 with a mission to provide the highest quality of home care and put Clients in charge of their own choices.
I have worked in the health and social care environment since 1988, as a Support Worker for adults and children, and then as a Care Manager with a national recruitment organisation before commencing with Abbots Care in 1995. I am an NVQ assessor, and a back-care trainer and have a Registered Manager's Award in Care.
I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 20 years. After starting my career working with children, I joined a national care recruitment organisation for the following 17 years, where I registered with CQC and started managing a complex care service to people within their own homes. I completed my level 5 in Leadership in Care Management Services and became a registered manager with CQC before joining Abbots Care as Operations Director.
With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, I have held various roles, including Care Worker, Senior Care Worker, Field Care Supervisor, and Care Coordinator. Currently as Care Director, I have gained Level 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care. I have received STEPs training and hold a Level 4 safeguarding certification. I find fulfillment in delivering compassionate care that enhances individuals’ quality of life
I am a dedicated and experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in the care sector. I have successfully transitioned from direct care provision to my current role as Reablement & Specialist Care Manager as well as registered Care Manager with the CQC for our Dorset and Buckinghamshire provision. My passion for delivering exceptional care and improving lives drives me to make a broader impact.
