Excellent team of people. I have been with them since I came out of hospital in June. I am so grateful for everything they do. I see different people each day. I would like two continuous carers which I have asked to put in place. Still waiting because of my anxiety and two certain ones know me best and my routine, needs and mobility. So kind and caring. I have them twice a day. I could not do without them. Can't thank them enough. When I call they are helpful. Always put me at ease.

Was given this care company by adult social care. Generally, some carers are good, others have no idea and can't be bothered. We were given set times for visits and so far not kept to, they think it is okay to give the service user lunch at 2pm then dinner at 4.30 and bedtime 8.30 leaving them with no food or drink for 12 hours until the morning carer visits. When I complain the management don't follow it up. Some carers think it's okay to help themselves to the service user's food as they know the service user isn't mobile at the moment but the family have noticed.

Caring staff, always cheerful and willing to assist. Always look neat and tidy in uniform. Very calming if client in a bad mood.

I am delighted with the care I receive from the carers. They are professional, friendly and diligent. They treat me with care and treat me like a human being. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always make sure that I have everything before they leave. First-class service and all are a credit to their company and profession.

The managers of this company don't have the decency to reply back to a complaint. My mum was not treated like a human. They did not encourage her to drink fluids and left her in soiled clothing and bedding.

I have been using a frame for the last 8 months and I am very happy with the care I have received. The team are fantastic and I am very well cared for. They offer a wide range of round-the-clock assistance and care and help me with my day-to-day chores and activities. I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service and feel very well cared for.

At this moment my mum is happy with her care plan and carer.

Very pleased with the care given to mum in covid 19. Carers have been very kind to mum, it would be nice for her to have familiar faces when caring for her as they know mum's ways and what she wants. Overall very pleased with the service of care given.

The ladies that come have been very kind and willing to help me where I need it. They allow me to explained what needs doing and how I appreciate it being done. The communication between the office and the service user could be better, as when changes are made, the service user is not informed. Thank you.

We are all very happy with the staff at Abbots Care and they have gone far and beyond to help us all. They have made our life easier and less stressful. They sing to my Dad which he loves and we all have a lovely chat and enjoy the company.

All the carers who support my mum to continue living at home are wonderful. They are extremely patient and make her as comfortable as possible. The more experienced carers are quick to spot any possible problems and liaise well with all the family members.

My husband's carers are very obliging, kind, and considerate. Ask if anything else is needed. Quite happy with the service.

All carers that have looked after my relative have been wonderful. I can't fault them, they always have a very kind way about them.

Abbots Care staff have worked with my Mother since her discharge from hospital on 18th March. I have been with my Mum since that date. The care staff (all of them) have been friendly, professional and caring. I have nothing but praise for them all. Thank you for all your help.

Have been with Abbots for 5 weeks including re-enablement. All carers have been fantastic and caring. Treated with utmost dignity and respect.
