Pleasant man does all that is necessary and does a good job.
Alpenbest has proved most satisfactory in looking after my husband. They are reliable and treat him with dignity and kindness.

Some of my carers are excellent. The one issue I did highlight was that when crares are late it would be helpful if they contacted the office so clients can be notified.

My husband and I are very pleased with our team of carers from Alpenbest. They are providing personal care to him and are helping our main carer with hoisting tasks and other tasks. They are very kind, respectful, hardworking and very professional. They talked to my husband and engage with him, even though he has lost the use of his voice. They treat him with respect and dignity. The office workers are always very polite on the phone. Our coordinator is very professional and understands very well our needs. She is always doing her best to accommodate us when we need to change the schedule from time to time because of hospital/doctors appointments.
They always made sure she was left in a good state of mind and always checked with the office if any concerns about her medication.
Our team of carers are exemplary. They go the extra mile for George even though sometimes he can get a bit angry and difficult with them, they always treat him with dignity, kindness and respect.
The carers are helpful towards my mother-in-law's needs and willing to assist her with all her personal care. They treat her with respect and dignity.
The office is supportive, efficient, friendly and keeps the family informed of situations as and when they occur. Mum enjoys the carer’s company and feels safe and secure in her home.
On the ladies' days off the alternate carers usually come from a small group who have been before so are known to Mum and they know the household routine. Inevitably things happen requiring short notice changes but the office always telephones to advise me. They also regularly conduct service quality and satisfaction reviews.
I do not expect perfection, that is impossible. I do expect very good and the service Mum receives is excellent.
Mum's treatment gives rise to no safeguarding concerns.
None at the moment, maybe at a later date. Reviews and checks could be done more frequently for maintaining quality of services.
I'm so glad we found Alpenbest to help my Mother with her care needs at home. They have always been reliable, and our main carer is very efficient, punctual and kind. I have also been impressed with the flexibility, continuity of staff, and excellent communications with this agency. This came as a great relief after difficulties with a previous agency. I have no hesitation in recommending Alpenbest.
This is the second time a member of my family has been cared for by Alpen Best. Our experience on both occasions has been extremely positive and we regard it as the “Rolls Royce” of care providers. The service is truly person-centred and every effort is made to involve service users in decision making and treat them with respect and dignity. The staff we have met have been consistently caring, efficient and thoughtful in their approach to their job. The service is well coordinated and staff are clear about their roles and the limits of that. My father is noticeably relaxed with the carers and confident that they will complete the tasks in the agreed care plan.
They come on time and stay the time allocated. All procedures are followed and my son is happy to be left in their care.
The current 3 regular carers we currently have are great.
I am very happy with Alpenbest. After several agencies not able to meet my needs I have finally found a provider able to accommodate my calls at a specific time - I am diabetic so it is extremely important my meds are prompted and meals served on time. Communication with the office is also very good; I'm kept in the loop in case of any lateness/changes or home visits. The care workers coming are not always consistent but they are equally good. Would recommend.
My uncle's care worker is very honest, reliable and hard-working. We are very pleased with the quality of care that is offered to my uncle and would recommend it to others too.
