Supervisors made promises that weren't kept. Carers were scheduled well to be after agreed times. Occasionally no one attended. Very often they left early. There was no way of checking the accuracy of their time keeping and length of visits, even though I was promised an itemised breakdown. I could not recommend them. Nobody replied to my letter detailing problems.
