Overall mum's had a really positive experience. She's had variable experiences with other care companies, which left her reluctant to try a new provider when she needed extra support following a fall at home. Caring Care matched mum with two very supportive, kind carers who make mum feel happy and comfortable to receive ongoing care. My mum is fiercely independent and it is no mean feat for her to accept this kind of help long-term. Mum has one 30-minute visit in the morning, which sets her up for the day and means she's not too tired to see to her own needs for the rest of the day. It was helpful to know that mum could have fewer and/or shorter visits if she chose to. One issue with an incompatible carer covering for mum's regular ladies was swiftly and satisfactorily resolved. The office staff are also kind, efficient and responsive. I would definitely recommend Caring Care.

Having broken my left elbow and being on my own, I was scared and worried as to how I would manage my basic needs. So when I was allocated carers to come in the morning and evening, to help me wash, change and do my hair was a god send. I could not have managed without this help. The lady carers were very professional but down to earth and genuine. I applaud the work carers do as you need a person with specific skills to do this role. They made me feel at ease, helped with my caring needs and were very nice and polite. I can't thank them enough for their assistance during the months when it was most needed.

Care in care has been very helpful to me, the office staff are always happy to help. The carers are also very good especially my regular carer who is always more than happy to help or have a chat depending on what I need.

The service from the office is also very efficient with calls answered and issues resolved promptly.

The carers are very helpful and caring and always very polite towards my mom who has Alzheimer's and it's very useful that caring carers always ring to check in and make sure that we are happy with the support and the service that they are providing I would definitely recommend this company they go above and beyond.

My grandmother speaks very highly of the carers that visit her, any small problems have been dealt with very quickly and the management stay in contact with family. Never had any major concerns and have always walked into a clean home after the carers have been.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided to my mum. The carers have shown nothing but kindness, patience, and professionalism throughout her time under their care. They truly treat her like family, making sure she feels comfortable, safe, and respected every day. It's clear they go above and beyond, taking the time to understand her needs and ensuring she's well taken care of. I can't thank them enough for their dedication and compassion. My mum is in great hands, and I have peace of mind knowing she's receiving such wonderful care.

I have never experienced such care. One staff member is a born carer. Another staff member was also a good carer. I totally vote for caring care every time. Excellent company caring care.

I have found that the care my mom has been given has been overall very good and we haven't had any problems. All the staff have been very polite and helpful when we have been dealing with them.

My usual carer is excellent and the carers who have come to cover her holidays have also been very good.

This care as been so good for 11 months approximately since my wife became ill.

Have regular carer now as of the same since last year. Everything asked of her she actions. She comes more or less the same time every Day to help my Brother shower and put his medical creams on his body and collects clothes washing and places in the washing machine. The routine in regular and the routine fits in wth my Day.

I would just like to say I am very grateful for the service I receive from you. The visiting times are punctual and suit my needs. The service I get from you is adequate. Some carers are fair and some indifferent. The carer I have regularly is good and overall good service.

All very helpful and professional when picking my mom up and the staff who come to bath her every morning and very polite and helpfull!! The woman who comes regularly every morning to bath my mom, is very helpfull.

Found your service very good but at times I feel carers have been in a rush so no hot meal was given just sandwiches also his living space was untidy but once I addressed this issue we have received an excellent service.

I started with Caring Care in 2021, the care right from the start was amazing. At first it was my husband who was receiving the care but when I became ill the carers were quick to help me and the office staff worked hard to get me a care package in place. The carers became family to me and my husband, so caring and helpful. I couldn't have been more grateful for them supporting me to get back to my normal daily routine and supporting my husband to the end of his life.

The carers have gone above and beyond to make sure my nan's care needs are met. Overall very satisfied with this company and would recommend to anyone who needs a loved one looking after.
