One slight criticism is that some don't have a level of English I would expect, especially as dealing with some patients with complex medical and mental issues.

Within the first week the carer had created a relationship with my mother. Mum has been treated with respect at all times and happily chats to the carer each morning. It is a huge weight off my mind to know that mum is washed and dressed in clean clothes each day. In the future, I would love to be able to access the daily reports on my phone or computer.

My wife was rarely able to express her thoughts and was sometimes rather offensive towards them, but the carers continued to care and respect her.
They were always on time or even early. It was a huge relief to be able to rely on them.
Absolutely nothing was too much trouble.
I have a photo of the carers (would have loved to have more), it shows a carer sitting with her arm around my wife while she slept, they sat together for hours.
Every time I look at it I am moved to tears (and this 75 year old grumpy old man does not show emotions easily).
I only have the highest regard and respect for all the carers involved.

Being young (43), I put off having carers for over a year with my chronic illness but I was so pleased with the care I'm given daily. The 'treated with dignity' was the one I was worried about the most but they have kept a consistent carer for me and for that I'm very grateful. These girls (carers) although young are very kind and caring. They are an asset to your company, treat them well!

The care has been mostly excellent. Most of the girls have been superb, a certain few stand out and handled my husband with understanding his needs and awkwardness at times. Others have required my help being very deaf I sometimes have difficulty with communication but the carers understand.

My Mother who lived with me fractured her pelvis in Jan 2024 - on arrival back at home she needed x2 carers for 3 times a day. I cannot emphasise enough how I could not have managed without their support. - All the carers who came to my Mother were amazing, they were attentive, polite, and fabulous at their job - and made my Mother, who was adamant she didn't want carers, look forward to their daily visits, asking when and what time they would be there. Sadly we lost Mom in late March but I know she would want me to thank each and everyone for their kindness, their care, and above all the laughs - so thank you from Mum and me - amazing team.

Caring Care have been looking after my mom for a year now. They took time to prepare a good care plan and carry it out effectively. Communication is excellent and any issues are always resolved quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The care received for Mom was more than adequate for her needs, she never went without help and attention for all of her demands. She was given sympathy and help through the difficult process of her dementia. Also, I would like to mention the office at Caring Care, nothing was too much trouble for them to do when there was a problem.

Meet the Team (12)
Pam founded the company in 2008, having worked most of her adult life in care, she really wanted to open her own care organisation. In her 50’s Pam completed her Level 4 Registered Managers Award and passed her CQC interview to become a Registered Manager. With her experience in care and her passion for self-development, Pam started Caring Care in Walsall working with Walsall Council as Caring Care’s first local authority. Pam is proud of having such a diverse workforce working for the Caring Care brand and enjoys seeing them all at the Annual Awards Dinner and Dance.
Pam in her spare time enjoys swimming, movies and spending time with her grandchildren.
Manny in her spare time enjoys watching her favourite football team Manchester United, doing jigsaw puzzles and spending time with my husband and two boys.
Mitesh joined Caring Care in 2018 to support his wife Manny in running the business at a time when the brand was becoming increasingly busy. Mitesh’s strength is procedures and systems and he has been instrumental in moving Caring Care to a digital way of working. This allows us to ensure that we have ‘live’ information to share with partners such as GPs, social services, and next of kin to consistently monitor and improve people’s care experience. Mitesh has been invaluable to us and allowed us to grow across the Midlands and develop our Caring Care brand.
In his spare time, Mitesh enjoys football, playing snooker and spending time with his two boys.
Kulvir is our Regional Operations Manager at our Head Office branch based in Walsall. Kulvir oversees the contracts for many local authorities and NHS Trusts.
Ensuring Carers have hours and are able to meet the demand to support in emergency situations such as hospital discharges, Kulvir is a quick thinker and great at organising her teams to meet requirements. Overseeing the Operations Team Kulvir manages a very busy department. Kulvir has been instrumental in developing her areas and works alongside the other Regional Operations Manager to ensure we have capacity across the areas we cover.
Kulvir is focused on self-healing, having reiki in her spare time and eating out, trying different types of food.
Sharan loves to socialise and spend time on self-development to grow her skillset.
Tanya has worked in Care administration for most of her adult working life. Beginning her journey as a Rostering Assistant, Tanya now oversees the Rostering Department and is the Executive manager supporting Manny (Managing Director) with management administration duties. Tanya is very organised, passionate about excellent service and helps keep the Head Office in order.
Tanya in her spare time enjoys swimming and travelling around the world with her family.
Ravi started with Caring Care in January 2019 beginning his role as Finance Assistant where he has worked his way to Business Manager. Ravi supports with development of the Caring Care business and oversees the Finance and Quality Assurance Team. Ravi supports in growth of our brand and ensures that our systems, technology and offices are able to handle the business as it grows.
Ravi enjoys watching his beloved Liverpool Football Club and basketball in his spare time.
Katie is our lead across all our branches in Care and Service.
Having worked in care all her adult life she has vast experience in care homes, nursing and domiciliary care.
Katie enjoys socialising in her spare time with friends and family.
Olivia works across all our branches managing her team to ensure we recruit and train our teams across the Caring Care brand to deliver the highest level of care. The team ensure we recruit the right people across the Midlands. ‘Train the Trainer’ qualified Olivia is passionate about ensuring we deliver the highest level of care.
Olivia enjoys reading in her spare time and is partial to a glass of wine!
Hannah started with Caring Care as an apprentice in admin starting her career with us at the age of 21 working her way through the business Hannah now manages the Administration Team at our Head office. Hannah has gained vast experience in care administration working closely with the Care & Service Manager and Regional Managers. Hannah loves socialising with others and enjoys a cocktail or two in her spare time!
Laura joined Caring Care in April 2020 during Covid. Having worked previously for 10 years in Care in Care Homes across the Midlands Laura has lots of experience in providing excellent care. Laura manages the Rostering Department and is responsible for the allocation of thousands of calls each week in accordance with care plans and Service users’ needs. Thankfully Laura is a stickler when it comes to attention to detail!
In Laura’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and supporting West Bromwich Albion!
Jas started with Caring Care in April 2022 and worked his way to now Finance Team Leader overseeing the department. He looks at all aspects of invoicing for all local authorities, NHS trusts and private clients. Jas is a starter finisher and a crucial member of our management team. Jas’s willingness to adapt to the needs of the company and work flexibly allows us to have a fantastic team in the Finance Department.
Jas enjoys going to the gym in his spare time and listening to a variety of music.
