I am very pleased to have the service of four teams per day coming into my home to help me care for my husband, especially as my own health is not good.

We are extremely happy with the service being provided by Caring Care. We've never had any problems for the last fifteen years. We wish that the company will carry on providing a good service for years to come. Wish them good luck.

All your carers are very friendly and their care is excellent. Our telephone calls to you don't always get acted upon in the way we want but the carers are really good.
Thank you for your review and I am glad you are pleased with the care. We will ensure telephone calls are acted upon appropriately. Thanks again for your review.
I am very happy with the carers. They are always on time but when they have a problem reaching on time I don't mind as long they say what happened to them. They are good carers. They meet all my needs. They are professional.
Thank you for your feedback, very much appreciated.
Wonderful staff, greatly trained, so compassionate and caring towards our father in his last days, I was actually touched by the care he received. I cannot thank them enough for their thoughtful, professional care, not only for my father but for our family.

The service was very friendly, efficient and undertaken in a caring/personal way that helped my mother/family through this difficult period. Mom is now back in good health and can now go back to an independent existence with ongoing family support.
Our thanks go to the Caring Care team for their invaluable support.

I have used Caring Care for both my Mom and Dad and all the carers have been lovely and very caring. Nothing was too much trouble. I would like to especially mention four staff members in particular, we all thought of them as family and I certainly wouldn't have got through the last few years without them.
Thank you so much. We are so glad to hear of the feedback and how you are pleased with the care for Mom and Dad. We will feedback to the carers it will mean so much to them.
Would recommend it very much.
Cared for my aunt for a long time - two carers four times a day.
They were amazing and made homes with my aunt, who suffered with dementia.
Always kept in touch with me if needed anything for Aunt.
Thank you for your compliment; we will ensure we pass it on. We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide, so we are so glad to hear of the service your family member received.
Thank you.
Thank you for the review. It is appreciated, and we will pass on your feedback to the carers.
We are so pleased with the care provided. We have a regular carer for most mornings and lunchtime visits and this has made such a difference as this person has become a friend to us both. She is always so bright and cheerful and a breath of fresh air for mum. Other carers that visit have also been great too. Support can be cancelled when given 24 hours notice and this flexibility has been really useful and appreciated. The service has always been professional, polite and respectful. This has provided me with peace of mind and when I am not with my mum as I know that she is in safe hands. So glad we found Caring Care. Thank you!
We are so thankful for you taking the time to give us feedback on the service you receive from Caring Care. We will ensure we pass on the feedback to the team and I can assure you we will continue to try to deliver the best care we can to your mom. Kind Regards
After trying a few different care companies and not having the best experience, I was put in contact with Caring Care Walsall. From the start of contact, I found this company to be the most professional company I could wish for, always there on time and always very professional. Whenever I needed extra help the office staff couldn't do enough to help, going above and beyond to help our very poorly mother and myself in this very testing time. I was so grateful for this company and can't thank them enough.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. We pride ourselves on the level of service we give to our service users and I am so pleased to see that your mother has been supported. Our carers really are the heart of Caring Care. Thank you once again. We will pass on your feedback to our teams.
We are delighted with the care received for Mom. They have cared for Mom for years now and the girls are a godsend, feel so grateful for them. The carers are kind and know what they are doing which is helpful. If mom is not well they call and tell me straight away. They work very hard in difficult circumstances. The office is always professional when seeking advice and support. Thank you girls.
Thank you for such honest and positive feedback. We feel very honoured to be able to provide support for those in need but when we get feedback confirming our efforts are making a difference it truly means a lot.
I have rated them as very poor on all criteria.
I have had major billing problems that 3 years later are not sorted out.
My Dad's daily morning carers never reported to either myself (daughter) or to the office that both legs front and back were infected, scabby and weeping from the knee down to the ankle.
They thought the District Nurse who appeared infrequently to check his skin integrity on his bottom was dealing with it.
Now he has a District Nurse in twice a week to re-wrap both legs, I had a face-to-face meeting at the office about this, but nothing was concluded by the Office Manager other than they could not figure out where it had gone wrong.
I have found a carer sitting on top of an antique table on her phone whilst my Dads urine holder lay full. Lights left on in the toilet, and dirty underwear left on the lounge coffee table, they then ended my care package!
