We have had the pleasure of experiencing your excellent services for over 3 years now. Dad suffered a stroke in January 2015 and mum has had Alzheimer's since 2013.

Mum and Dad now both in their mid-nineties have been delighted with the professional care from Home Instead Senior Care (East Cheshire).

The small team of carers looking after our parents provide three nutritional meals daily and care for their every need.

We know Mum and Dad are in very safe hands and they look forward to their daily visits.

Home Instead have in my reasonable experience, a superior attitude to care - meaning they are a cut above the other agencies (I've tried 5). Their carers are totally human, professional, warm, intelligent people with positivity and initiative, and many prior care companies could only provide carers who could help with practical tasks. Home Instead's hand-picked crew can engage, encourage real creativity and social connection with my bright 92-year-old father. They run a tight ship! Highly recommended.

My mother has been using Home Instead for approximately 2 years. She has two visits a day morning and evening. The staff are friendly and attentive and my mother sees them as companions looking forward to the visits. We have a very good team of four people providing a lovely balance of characters.

If there are any concerns or issues, I am contacted straight away by email or telephone. There are regular reviews. For my brother and I, it has been an excellent experience with Home Instead which would otherwise have been very difficult with a 90-year-old mother.

I am a very independent person and at first, I was not keen on having a stranger caring for me, but now that I have had a caregiver coming to my house for 1hour every morning I am so much better off, I have a better start to every day and I am very happy with the friendly professionalism of all 3 caregivers who come to my home, with being 3 of them they add variety to the conversation during their visits and they improve the quality of my life and a good start to each day.

I am also very impressed with the organisational ability and caring communication of all the office support staff and management, their attention to detail and ability to schedule the visits of all the caregivers every day and their excellent communication, with clients and support staff, together with the caregivers of Home Instead make me feel cared for in a better way than if I did not have this service from Home Instead.

The Home Instead assessor visited on May 24th and explained carefully what was involved. The carers started visiting overnight 10pm - 8am for 3 nights a week to look after my husband to enable me to sleep. The ladies who came were friendly, kind and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of them. My husband has gone from suffering from insomnia to sleeping through the night so their help is no longer needed. His mobility is much improved so daytime help is not required. I have explained that I wouldn't hesitate to ask for help again if needed. I'm very grateful.

Home Instead Senior Care (East Cheshire) have been providing excellent care and companionship to my father for the last 4 and a half years since my mother sadly passed away. Dad is now 91 and very much appreciates their twice daily visits. I highly recommend their caring, friendly and attentive service.

I have been using Home Instead Senior Care for over 7 years. Throughout this time the service has been consistently a very high standard. The ladies who are with me are always very punctual and professional and at the same time friendly and caring.

The Home Instead care team who look after my mum are wonderful. They are caring, patient and professional. They treat mum with respect and protect her dignity. I have an excellent teams of 3 carers - coming each evening. They help with my shower, fit in odd jobs -iron, dust etc when they have time. They are kind, professional and willing and I am happy with whoever is on duty. They check I have taken pills and eaten. I have recommended Home Instead to family and friends who now use them. In January 2015 we found ourselves trying to look after my mother who was becoming increasingly forgetful whilst fiercely independent, trying to care for my stepfather who has Alzheimer's, and both in their 90's. The house was becoming increasingly dirty, posing health issues and they were in danger of becoming isolated. We live 250 miles away. Fortunately we found Home Instead who judged the situation perfectly. They have won her confidence and trust and have gradually been able to restore order (personal care, medication, washing and cleaning) whilst respecting their independence and allowing my mother to do as much as she can.

I am extremely happy with the care I receive from the ladies who come each week they make me feel wanted.

They have been a godsend. Always friendly and professional and going the extra mile. They have enabled my aunt to have a good quality of life in her own home for nearly four years. Now that she is in a care home with her Alzheimer's progressing and leaving her unable to walk, the carers are still visiting her as I live nearly two hours away. They look out for her and her needs and I feel take my place whenever needed. I can't thank them enough.

My mother has mixed dementia and lives in a flat half a mile form me. I first engaged Home Instead to help prepare meals for her once a day during the week as I notice she was not eating properly and losing weight. Finding 'Home Instead' initially online, I was pleased to discover how their absolute focus is the well being of the client and the provision of tailored, quality care. Home Instead have been visiting my mother now for nearly a year. I have regular dialogue with the team and formal service reviews in place. Visits to my mother are now twice daily. I highly recommend the Home Instead service as not only do they provide a high quality service they genuinely' care' for the client.
