Actually, the review relates from August 2024 to date Feb 2025 - started care in August 2024 and my partner and my experience has been excellent to date for us both. Have referred to our Parkinson's team and the New Milton and Lymington community team and GP and all groups we encounter how happy we
are with Kivernell Care for the care and support they give us both when caring for a loved one at home with Parkinsons and Alzheimers - Thank you so much.

Your staff are wonderful and provide an excellent service. My Mum enjoys the visits. They are kind, and caring and I have no concerns at all about leaving her in their care. They are fantastic ambassadors for your company and I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others. May I also add
that your office staff are so helpful, they always phone or text back as promised. All round a wonderful service.

A key thing is that the carers turn up on time - and are all caring. Some have more experience than others (unsurprisingly) and can overcome slight problems (when my wife is not always cooperative) but I do not doubt their commitment or helpfulness with my wife. In particular, they are very careful
with any risk (or reality) of infection - which my wife is prone to - so I am confident that my wife is in good hands.
I have every confidence in them.
Obviously, any service company can have slight issues (such as a change of personnel) - but they are always resolved and keep me informed.

I have used Kivernell Care for nearly three years and have found them excellent in all respects. They send a weekly rota and if they have to change anything, I am given sufficient notice with a phone call. All the "girls" are friendly, efficient and well-trained.

Kivernell provide an absolutely superb service to my Dad. All of the staff are highly attentive to his requirements and flex their approach to provide him with a very safe and comfortable environment, which means he is completely content and able to continuing living in his own home. I live over an
hour away from him so the support and communication I receive from the team in the office is crucial and very helpful. I work closely with them around matters such as implementing changes to medication requirements and any other day-to-day challenges, they have been super helpful on occasions when his Doctor needed to be contacted quickly. On the few occasions when my Dad has really needed help beyond the allotted call time, they have been fabulous in helping out and juggling things around to accommodate the situation.

Training in bedmaking would be useful. The gap between the amount staff receive and what I actually pay seems too wide. Most of the staff overfill the kettle and use too much washing up liquid.

Girls are caring and polite. They obviously work very hard. It is physically and psychologically demanding and to remain upbeat cannot be easy.

Lovely, friendly, polite and professional. I couldn't have asked for more. My above and beyond to make sure that I get the right care. I am very happy. I am not old but I have a disease and my carer makes me feel comfortable when she looks after me. Thank you for being so helpful and supportive.

I just want to say a big thank you to all my dad's carers. They work tirelessly every day to support him and cater to his needs and I just want them to know it's truly appreciated and not taken for granted. They are all incredible and I know my father is a handful and they go above and beyond for him
and I truly feel lucky to have them in our lives. You are all literal angels and deserve to be appreciated for all the incredible work you do and have been doing over the years.

Kivernell Care have looked after our family splendidly for 25 years in that time just about every carer has been extremely caring and efficient and has demonstrated genuine love and affection for us originally gave our care for my wife and mother but now increasingly I need care myself.
2023-24 has
been a very difficult year as our needs become gradually more demanding, but Kivernell’s carers have done a superlative job. I commend them warmly.

All the carers are just lovely. They sometimes have challenging moments with my husband, diagnosed with dementia.
I am very grateful for the love and respect shown to him.
