Highly recommend Kivernell. The carers they provide are first class and treat the clients with dignity and ensure that they receive the best possible care and support. The management team are extremely helpful and supportive.

Reliable and conscientious carers, giving us peace of mind that Mum is checked on when we are working. We have been very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Kivernell Care.

I have used Kivernell for about 9 years and they have always been excellent.
I have never had a carer not turn up around the time that is stated on the weekly call lists I get sent unless there is a good reason.
On the very rare occasion a carer is unable to get to me on time, I get a call or email
to say the carer may be late, or a different carer will be coming which may or may not change the call time.
The carers I have often go beyond what is on the care plan (which is regularly reviewed), so for me Kivernell is second to none.
