Daily Charges per Person

At Premier Community, we focus on providing competitive pricing while ensuring our staff are fairly compensated. This commitment to integrity is at the heart of our service.

Our hourly visiting care fees include travel costs to and from a fixed address, and any extra mileage incurred for appointments or shopping will be charged separately. It's also worthwhile noting that we currently charge an additional £1 per hour for unsociable hours like weekends and bank holidays.

Our weekly live-in care fees are based on one carer offering between 8 and 12 hours of care per day. For an additional fee, we can offer support from our visiting carers should your needs change or to help cover any overnight support outside of your usual package.

The Premier Care Team provided outstanding care for my mum over the past five months. The carers became more than just carers, they were my mum's friendship support network. With myself and all of her family living overseas, this afforded us a tremendous amount of comfort. My mum spoke fondly of all of her carers. If anyone were considering care for a loved one, I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending PREMIER CARE!

Overall Experience

The review was performed in a friendly and efficient manager, at a pace suitable for Mum, who played an active part in it. It was a good opportunity to reflect on what was going well and clarify a few of our expectations and requirements. We were then able to update the outcomes, as the ones from the initial visit had been achieved.

Until recently everything ok but since new manager took over from different area the service has got worse, with no regard for clients' needs or wishes. It is like you are trying to get rid of us.

Overall Experience

We've had Premier a few months now and I've seen such a change in my mum, she's looking much better and I know she's happier. Every single carer is beyond kind and helpful, the communication is excellent. My mind is now at rest knowing she is safe and cared for. I feel as though I have my mum back now. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone needing care for their loved ones.

Overall Experience

After 3 months of carers that had no compassion or respect for my father, Premier Community were recommended to me and thank goodness for that. From day one the carers have been compassionate and respectful with a clear understanding of client's needs. They are also very supportive of other family members. A friendly and very professional service which has resulted in close family feeling less isolated and alone. They keep me informed of what's happening and I trust them all. We could not have wished for better carers or a better service.

Would highly recommend this company.
The care my dad received over a short period towards the end of his life was outstanding.
The communication between all levels of staff was excellent and was always prompt in dealing with any slight issues.

The carers went far and beyond their kindness care commitment and professionalism was outstanding and always was consistent in their care. Unfortunately we lost our dad on New Year’s Eve so no longer need their services but we will be forever grateful for the service they provided.
