An excellent and very swift response from one of your Carers getting the correct help for my uncle when arriving at his Bungalow one morning to find him very poorly.
Thank You.
Premier Homecare keeps the wife company while I have a few hours to myself by going for walks, doing speech exercises, and playing games.
This is my second spell of help from Premier Homecare. They had previously looked after my severely disabled husband for many years before his death with great care and unfailing professionalism. When I recently broke my arm and hurt my ankle I immediately turned to them. For the past four weeks, I have received marvellous help from the amazing staff. They have been gentle, caring, professional and full of cheer just when I needed it. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks also to back up organising support which was faultless.
Aware of difficulties and always willing to help.
The care being provided to my stepfather is exemplary. Knowing that he has daily contact with people who have his best interests at heart has given the family peace of mind. We now have confidence in his ability to continue living an independent life for the foreseeable future.
The care I have received from Premier Homecare has been good. Someone always comes and does what I ask them to do!
Premier Homecare provided help with meals and medication, and provided social contact for my Dad, and enabled him to stay in his own home for another year, from aged 91 to 92, which he greatly appreciated. He was always treated with kindness, and the team worked to a really high standard of professionalism.
I contacted Premier HomeCare when I realised that I needed support looking after my husband who suffers from a debilitating neurological disease. Sometimes it’s difficult to admit that you need help but from my initial consultation and ongoing, I have felt supported by empathetic staff. The carers are excellent, my husband is a very private man and I was concerned that he would be embarrassed with someone other than me looking after his personal care, however, the carers are so professional that he is comfortable for them to attend to his needs. They respect his wishes if he doesn’t want to ‘chat' but are there if he does. I can’t thank them enough for allowing me to have a bit of “me time” also to have someone to sleep in 2 nights a week allows me to get uninterrupted sleep and my husband has connected with the carer who looks after him, she’s so much more patient than I am! I am so happy that I took this step and decided to contact Premier Home.
My father is now very dependent on home care and as I live in Berkshire I need a support mechanism that is reliable, professional and above all, caring. Premier Homecare tick all the boxes. Dad is always delighted to see his carers and the ladies are so kind, patient and attentive to his needs. Nothing is too much trouble - I simply don’t know what we’d do without them. The back-office support is also exceptional. Being so far away from Dad, I know I can call at any time regarding Dad’s ever-changing needs, and I know my requests will be positively implemented. I can’t recommend highly enough.
Always a pleasant experience when the carer arrives. They are friendly, polite and willing to do any task required. I always have my list of tasks written down ready for action!
Premier Homecare provided 4 visits each day to assist my Mother when she needed assistance with daily tasks due to memory loss issues following a minor stroke. Premier Homecare were professional in everything that they did and the support that they provided to my Mother was fantastic. I cannot recommend them too highly!
Premier Homecare are doing our shopping once weekly.
I contacted Premier Care to arrange a temporary package for my mum whilst I went on holiday. The staff were very professional and efficient and gave me the confidence to go away knowing that mum was in good hands. Her carers were very friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you very much.
We started using Premier Home Care in Jan 2021 after contacting them towards the end of December. Right from the beginning, they were professional and quick to respond to our needs. The carers were always on time and willing to take on household duties that Mum could no longer manage. Communication was excellent and when I visited at the end of each day I knew exactly what meals she had eaten and what she’d been doing throughout the visits. We couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided and the only reason we no longer use them is that Mum is now living in residential care. This was the second agency we tried and they completely outshined the first one, I phoned and spoke to many agencies and they were the only ones who could accommodate the hours and level of care we needed. Fantastic job Premier, keep up the good work!
Without exception, all the carers have been very professional, pleasant, smart and cheerful- and on time. The aim was to help my husband gain independence which they achieved. I would have preferred that there was flexibility for evening visits. Half an hour was plenty of time to attend to his needs.
Premier Homecare has been supporting our 90-year-old parents for more than a year and we have been so pleased with the professional care, kindness and support that all the carers have provided. We used another agency before and Premier are so much better - worth every penny. The carers are always on time, are dressed smartly, are always courteous, friendly, kind, flexible and hard-working. They will support with anything from putting out the recycling, to making lunch, to personal care and laundry. The carers have a lot of continuous professional development and this is evident from the way they work. The staff in the office are also very helpful responding promptly and with understanding to all our queries. They are flexible and happy to make changes to the care plan as our parents' needs change over time. Thank you to the whole team.
Generally very happy with the service provided to my mother by Premier Homecare - the carers are very dedicated and responsive to Mum, and the communication from the office is very good, with any concerns relayed to me quickly.
I find the carers do a good job and are very helpful and occasionally help give me their advice when I have asked them for it.
It has been a pleasure to welcome the carer to my home weekly. We have built up a good relationship since I have had the same carer each week.
The ladies are marvellous! They all do everything I need and I love talking to them which I think makes my brain work a bit (expect I talk too much)! It's nice when I see someone who has been before because they know where things are. They're all so friendly; keeps me going!
