My father is now very dependent on home care and as I live in Berkshire I need a support mechanism that is reliable, professional and above all, caring. Premier Homecare tick all the boxes. Dad is always delighted to see his carers and the ladies are so kind, patient and attentive to his needs. Nothing
is too much trouble - I simply don’t know what we’d do without them. The back-office support is also exceptional. Being so far away from Dad, I know I can call at any time regarding Dad’s ever-changing needs, and I know my requests will be positively implemented. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Premier Homecare provided 4 visits each day to assist my Mother when she needed assistance with daily tasks due to memory loss issues following a minor stroke. Premier Homecare were professional in everything that they did and the support that they provided to my Mother was fantastic. I cannot recommend

We started using Premier Home Care in Jan 2021 after contacting them towards the end of December. Right from the beginning, they were professional and quick to respond to our needs. The carers were always on time and willing to take on household duties that Mum could no longer manage. Communication
was excellent and when I visited at the end of each day I knew exactly what meals she had eaten and what she’d been doing throughout the visits. We couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided and the only reason we no longer use them is that Mum is now living in residential care. This was the second agency we tried and they completely outshined the first one, I phoned and spoke to many agencies and they were the only ones who could accommodate the hours and level of care we needed. Fantastic job Premier, keep up the good work!

Without exception, all the carers have been very professional, pleasant, smart and cheerful- and on time. The aim was to help my husband gain independence which they achieved. I would have preferred that there was flexibility for evening visits. Half an hour was plenty of time to attend to his needs.

Premier Homecare has been supporting our 90-year-old parents for more than a year and we have been so pleased with the professional care, kindness and support that all the carers have provided. We used another agency before and Premier are so much better - worth every penny. The carers are always on
time, are dressed smartly, are always courteous, friendly, kind, flexible and hard-working. They will support with anything from putting out the recycling, to making lunch, to personal care and laundry. The carers have a lot of continuous professional development and this is evident from the way they work. The staff in the office are also very helpful responding promptly and with understanding to all our queries. They are flexible and happy to make changes to the care plan as our parents' needs change over time. Thank you to the whole team.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care my husband received from all of the Premier carers. I am pleased with the general care my mother receives. However, I would like to know how often checks are made on staff during their visits, also how much training is given to new staff and for how long. As some people's knowledge seems very poor. Most of the carers who visit my mother are very good.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about the care we provide to your Mother. I am glad you are pleased, however, we do not feel we have provided the best service or done our job properly if someone is not completely happy. On-site checks by trained Supervisors are a regular and frequent part of our quality and carer support process. The pandemic however has meant we have had to curtail these visits to comply with government infection control requirements. As well as peer feedback, we are currently having to rely on people feeding back to us any worries. We will immediately act on this with the aim of ensuring the service is as you are expecting it to be. Our Homecare Team will indeed be contacting you directly regarding your concern and will without, hesitation ensure this is addressed as appropriate.

Many carers have time to chat, especially as one is alone. The carious lockdown means one needs someone to do the odd trip to the local shops. They leave one feeling clean and tidy - an enormous boost when feeling low.

My care started in July 2018 with three visits per week, down to two visits in December 2019 and now one visit from April 2020. The visit is for shopping. During this time, I have found the carers and admin staff very helpful and caring.
