Overall Experience

My father and I are very pleased with the attune and support to do with everything they are asked to do. The car journeys he made on Mondays before the lockdown to the library and the Downs was most enjoyed by him. The confidence generated was most helpful.

My review was pleasant and very comprehensive covering many aspects of care in general and my own in particular. I made a few suggestions which were discussed and accepted. It was a very happy and productive hour. Management are always ready to listen and speedily act where necessary.

I would like to thank all the staff and management at Premier for 15 weeks of wonderful care for my brother. He looked forward to all the visits, which were two carers four times each day and called them his nurses, which wasn't far from the truth because of their vast experience and training. They were able to spot potential medical problems and bring to our attention to seek medical help also, documented by them followed by a call to the office. By the end of the 15 weeks, they were almost like family and we all enjoyed jokes and laughter. My brother is now in a care home with 24-hour medical care but, still misses his 'nurses' from Premier Care. Thank you once again for your care, support and understanding.

Your service throughout the past three years for my parents and subsequently my mum and sister has been superb. Everyone is super friendly and professional. My parents and sister have always been treated with the utmost respect patience and kindness. When my dad was in his last days you were very flexible when visiting, helping him when he needed it.

My sister and mum are sad not to have your services now they have moved, however, should they need further care you will be our first people to call.

My mother used Premier Homecare for a number of years. Initially for help after an operation, then for several years, she employed Premier to help with practical tasks like meal preparation.

Over time, her needs increased to include all her personal care with carers 3 times a day. She has now had to move into a care home. Throughout the time that we used Premier, we found them thoroughly reliable and efficiently run. My impression is training is taken very seriously as is health and safety. The carers are genuinely caring. I have confidence in every one of them that I met. There will be small differences between them. The carers are often exceptional in their caring, friendly and hardworking approach. They are also well supported by the office, day and night. Occasional slip-ups or minor issues have always been proactively and promptly dealt with in a satisfactory manner.

My 95-year-old mother has been very lucky to have been looked after by a very competent and caring team. In particular, the continuity of care has been very helpful to us all and her main carer has been superb. She has looked after and anticipated my mother’s physical needs expertly but more than that she has been a warm, humorous and calming presence for my mother who is genuinely fond of her. She has also been excellent in communicating with family and friends. We have managed to keep my mother at home much longer than anticipated and that is a tribute to all the carers as well as the very patient on-call team who have helped her through a series of crises at home.

Overall Experience

Premier looked after Mum and Dad for several years. It was their wish to stay in their own home despite failing health. As a family, we cannot put into words how much peace of mind it gave us to know they were being so well looked after. As well as supporting Mum and Dad, they were a huge support to us when we went through some difficult times and had some hard decisions to make. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it was always clear that Mum and Dad's needs and happiness were genuinely the most important thing to Premier and the people who work for them. Without exception, every carer and every member of staff demonstrated compassion, professionalism and empathy towards Mum and Dad and the wider family members. It is with much sadness we will end our connection with Premier as Mum sadly died this year and Dad has just gone into a care home but thank you, everyone and keep up the good work.

We employed a carer for my Mother in Law for just one hour every day, Monday to Friday, for the past seven months. All the carers were excellent and treated my Mother in Law with respect and kindness. They were always so time and conscientious. Thank you very much.

Overall Experience

Mum received care at home for 15 months before moving into residential care. The team could not have been more supportive to Mum living on her own, even though she was of an age and generation that didn't see the need for assistance. The team were kind, considerate and caring. Able to adapt to Mum's changing moods and needs. As her dementia deteriorated, with patience, respect and always a smile, the team were also supportive to the family. They understood what the family were going through, always available for a chat and to give advice, which was invaluable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Homecare to anyone.

Premier Homecare was overall very good and helpful. The care staff were kind, helpful and took into consideration the welfare, care and happiness of the person they were employed to look after. They were always cheerful and willing.

The management staff were very approachable and made every effort to find care staff who would fit in well, which they did admirably.

I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Homecare.

Premier Homecare staff provided excellent care for my husband and myself for several years.
They always treated us with dignity, courtesy and consideration.
Over and above the usual contracted care, they were prepared to escort my husband on social visits which gave him a lot of pleasure in the months before he died.

They are always prepared to listen even when they have heard the stories before.

My very elderly parents lived 200 miles away from me which caused great worry and anxiety. Premier Care were professional, caring and kept me fully informed of any concerns they had.
The staff are well trained and senior staff are experts in dementia and elderly care.

I would highly recommend this company both for the care they gave my parents and the reassurance they gave me - a worried daughter living a long way from them.
