Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
My cousin lives 16 miles away and I am the nearest relative so as she has become older, outside help has become essential. The Premier Homecare team spends two hours each week in her house, keeping it clean and tidy to a high degree. The job is not easy as my cousin is a shopaholic and fully mobile.
Premier Care works well with my wife and I and contacting the management is always easy and additional requests if any are always followed through. I am completely satisfied with Premier Homecare.

As a family, we knew very little about homecare in Bristol.
However, after studying several websites and care guides, and reading the CQC report for Premier, we knew that this was the organization that would give us the care and attention we wanted for our mother.
From day one, the team of care
experts understood our requests and concerns, and carefully guided us through the planning procedure.
We are delighted with the way in which the plan has evolved and how our mother has accepted and embraced the programme and carers. Mum, like many people of her age and generation, was reluctant to accept that she needed assistance, but she is now so happy, and wonders why she didn't do this earlier.

Premier Homecare have been an important factor in enabling my elderly parents to stay in their own home.
The company are extremely reliable and communicate well with me and my parents. The staff have been very pleasant and in addition to providing an excellent service, they have gained our trust. As
the needs of my parents increase, it is reassuring to know that I have someone who will listen and work with us. I feel fortunate to have found a company that has an outstanding culture and is so well run.

Following a bad fall at home, the family were able to support Mum full time for a while until she was back on her feet. However, with us all living miles away and having other committments we looked for alternative help.
We made contact with Premier Homecare and very soon we had a package of care
sorted so that Mum could go back to her own house, have assistance and we have the peace of mind, knowing she has the help and social contact and we would be notified if there were any concerns.

I used Premier Home Care for eight days following an operation. Without exception, the carers were kind, polite, professional and punctual. They are well trained and willing to undertake any task required of them.

I would use them again if needed and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.882 for Trinity Homecare - Bristol is calculated as follows: ( (82 Excellents x 5) + (11 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 93 Ratings = 4.882
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.5 Points for the second and third Positive Reviews, 0.25 Points for each of the next two Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.05, 7th = 0.05, 8th = 0.05, 9th = 0.05, 10th = 0.05, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025)

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Trinity Homecare - Bristol is based on 16 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4.9
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
