The carers are just that. They do care and are anxious to help in any way they can. Such dedication in rare and so much appreciated.

The service continues to be brilliant. Carers turn up on time. Related well to my husband. Work well with live-in carers and are flexible. Even last minute requests for extra visits responded to and consistent carers who know my husband (now). Emergency cover (when live in carer is ill) excellent.

Our experience has been nothing but wonderful. Carers and management are attentive, efficient, caring and trustworthy. Mum is treated with dignity and respect and every effort is made to ensure that she is happy, comfortable and well cared for and things that are important to her are catered for. Carers always check before they leave that she has everything she wants or needs. Both carers and management are also totally supportive of me (as a second carer) and always listen and deal with any concerns I may have. I totally endorse Home Instead to everyone.

I am very happy with the service and find that I am feeling much better and more relaxed since receiving it. The carer I have is very pleasant and we have lots in common like knitting and having had boys only family. I have a nice relaxed arrangement with her as she does what she can in the time and can pick up the remainders on another day.

The care I receive is fantastic, no complaints and the girls are lovely, especially one in particular.

Home Instead is fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and cannot thank them enough.

Very happy with the care provided, the carers are all lovely.

I have a visit every morning I have just added some more visits in the evening as my mobility is not good. My carers clean up for me, go shopping and assist me to shower, they sit and it gives me the confidence to shower when I have someone here and I have the help I need to enable me to stay at home. Home Instead are very good if I need to change any of my visits and the people that come are lovely. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone, I do recommend them to all my friends.

Professional company. Good communication at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Felt supported at all times and they was very good with my Mom who had challenging Dementia some days. Would recommend

Thank you so much to everyone at Home Instead Edgbaston. The team have looked after my mother-in-law wonderfully well. All the carers have been so lovely and the office staff really helpful. We are sad to say goodbye to you as mum-in-law has moved away. I wish we could take you with us!
