Always very pleasant & helpful and on time unlike my son's previous carers who came from Aldershot but were also very pleasant and helpful people. They take him to play skittles, the cinema and out for lunch and he enjoys it.

1:1 is very good. My daughter is now independently living and uses her care hours for shopping and activities for her well being. Lovely friendly support workers. She also enjoys County Care trips out occasionally. Shortage of staff is the only negative point!

Experience of County Care as a Day Care Provider that our son has accessed for over 5years. Poor follow-through, inconsistency in communication. Staff are not sufficiently trained or supported to understand individuals' needs. Staff not held accountable to follow Care plans/recommendations or agreed processes . Positive - Range of opportunities/activities are good during week and local contacts and involvement in community is good are however Sat Social albeit an intially good concept is unimaginative, repeatative and restrictive in its location, activities and appropriateness to service users needs/age.

The staff are friendly, fun and professional. Always ready to go the extra mile. Thank you.

iv been part of countycare for many years, I have made new friends and they feel like a second family. the support workers are great with my needs and always encourage me to reach my goals. they have helped me through my ups and down and me and my Dad really appreciate all they do for us.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and we are very grateful for all the support and encouragement they provide.

The staff are very supportive, and try their best best to fulfill her interests. Her activities are varied, and she enjoys herself.

He has developed great friendships with staff and service users alike and County Care is a positive key part of his weekly schedule.

We have been pleased to see that on Wednesdays her support workers have taken her further afield and done more interesting things. Bowling has been a great hit.

I am fairly New to county care amd im Loving it here the Staff are funny compassiante amd caring The Travel Training is great we go out and Go shopping, Swimming and cycling and the food is great they made me a ham and tomato toastie even though that wasnt on the menu overall the staff and care in genreall is really good

Where do I start in expressing how caring, supportive, professional everyone has been with the caring for my brother. They have been a part of his life for many years and he looks upon them all as his friends and confidants. Recently as his Sister I have become more involved with everyone and if I could give more than 5* I would. I highly recommend their service they go above and beyond.

My daughter has been attending a cookery session once a week. She enjoys this but we would like to see more opportunities for social engagement. The social sessions are excellent but expensive. We would welcome more flexibility with pricing as my daughter attends with her own support. It seems unfair to be charged twice for this. Charging for the cost of the trip is not an issue.

We have used this service for many years. We are extremely lucky to have this service. Somethings do need to be improved as you would find anywhere. My son loves going and enjoys the activities. There is plenty of activities. Cooking, have own radio station to working in the community. Always something to learn and new experiences.

My son looks forward to attend his days at County care Horley. He then comes back, happy and talks fondly about his day, the peers and staff he was with....the activities are varied and keeps him involved and included. He is safe and well supported.

My Son Adam; vists Your centre in Fetcham onece a week ,He enjoys helping in the cafe also Your radio station, & more recently involved in guitar lessons , we get an update of all that has gone on that day!

County Care were recommended to us by another client. We have been more than happy with the whole experience. Carers couldn't be more friendly and helpful, and are always punctual. Back room staff have been very efficient and together my mother receives the care that she needs. Could not be happier and would recommend the company to a family with similar needs.

my son attends CSP Fetcham five days a week and he cant wait to get there every morning. The staff know him well and understand his needs, giving me complete confidence. He does a range of activities which he really enjoys.

County Care has given my son just the best experience. He's moved forward in his independence and he's now willing to communicate and engage due to the nurturing, understanding and friendly environment created by such dedicated staff. And my grandson and I have had such a lovely lunch today; it is great to support Fetcham hub who support my son so very well.

We are very lucky to have found CC and they provide wonderful caring support to my daughter who has some complex needs. Nothing has ever been too much for them and they have been very reliable in providing care each week. A lovely friendly team.

County Care went above and beyond in providing support to my family member who has now gone into supported living. We had many happy years with County Care who really focused on individual needs and making us feel integrated within the community. Thank you County Care!
