Very good. My dad's carer stayed beyond her allocated time to sort out a new prescription for antibiotics and fit a new battery to his smoke alarm. Always friendly and caring. The carer log helps me see how my dad is doing each day.

I have arranged for Home Instead to look after a number of my clients who wished to be cared for at home and most recently for a friend who was bedbound for the last two years of her life. Her team of professional caregivers visited 4 times a day and overnight. They looked after her, not only with great professionalism but were also devoted in providing the emotional care and support needed to fulfil her wish to stay in the surroundings she had grown up in. I shall always be immensely grateful to them all.

Carers were always respectful, caring, kind and compassionate.

My mum has had home care visits and supplied the most amazing support for over 2 years. She looks forward to the carers' visits and thoroughly enjoys their company. As a family, we know they go above and beyond to help Mum and ourselves. Would recommend it to any family looking for a great carer.

The service and care they provide is second to none. We changed my Mums care provider this year on a recommendation. It’s the best decision we have made by far. She loves her carers and really looks forward to their visits. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go way over and above in everything they do. I have always been satisfied with the care I have received from Home Instead. The carers I have had for the last two years have seen me through the bad times and good times. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. Two of my friends who don't need care at the moment have said that they would certainly use Home Instead when the time came.

We have been using Home Instead to provide carers for my 90 year old dad for the last 6 months. On the whole, we are very satisfied with the experience. In particular, I have been impressed by the flexibility of the company to make changes to visiting times and locations and to take account of my dad’s preferences. The cost of care is not cheap, but it is worth it for my peace of mind, and to know that a carer will always come when they are supposed to.

Fantastic service and care for my Dad, both from the office staff and the carers who visit 3 times a day. Office staff friendly and always on hand via the phone and by email to discuss Dad's care. All the carers really do care and give first class service.

I cannot thank the Team at Home Instead enough. Every single person has given my Mum excellent support and care. From first contact until to date they have been polite, helpful and professional. Over a period exceeding five years, Home Instead (Nottingham) provided care firstly for my father, then after his passing, my mother. Dad had dementia and the focus was on providing regular stimulating (mostly male) company and to give Mum a break. This was highly successful but as Dad's condition worsened Home Instead were able to adapt their care through to end-of-life. It's quite simple, the family could not have managed without Home Instead. The carers were on the one hand assiduously careful with Dad but also human in all their reactions and interactions with Mum and the rest of the family. Subsequently, Mum's needs increased and Home Instead continued to provide a regular team who have become Mum's friends as she continued to enjoy their company whilst they kindly assist with eg. washing, meal prep and when required GP liaison. Mum will be saying goodbye in the next few weeks as she moves-in with my sister in another part of the UK, but none of us will forget the top quality care both she and Dad received!

Excellent friendly service, nothing is too much trouble. Have required extra days the last month, due to father in law going into hospital, arranged at short notice and were really accommodating.

A professional review. Caring and asking if service we receive needs changing. Listens to what we are saying. Even though Mum has dementia, they always talk to and include her. Very pleased with the service we receive.
