Friendly and supportive carers. Punctual and polite and very helpful. Well organised and matched by manager. Excellent service. Helpful management in organising and preparing for a first visit which my wife was concerned about. Able to be satisfied by friendly and caring manager who took the time to make the arrangements and also match the carer with my wife's needs.
Thank you for your kind words. We have a great team who are dedicated to getting it right from the word go!
Companionship. Help with washing, cooking, dressing, walking and cleaning. My carer and I are good friends.
Mum has been with Home Instead for 6 years, she has been extremely happy with all the caregivers over the years. She now has a young caregiver, who is very caring and nothing is too much trouble. We are really happy with her. Without Home Instead, I would not have the freedom through the day, which is a respite for me.
Glad to read you are happy with the care you are receiving.
Home Instead have cared for my mother for about five years. Her carers have been kind, caring, patient and respectful. The office staff have always kept us informed and completed regular reviews of her needs and their care giving. My mother now requires full time care in a care home and so sadly we will have to part company. Personally, I will miss those that I have got to know and I know my mother will too. I whole heartedly recommend Home Instead to anyone requiring care at home.
We are sad to see her go but are proud to have cared for her.
I have been very well looked after by my two carers and thoroughly recommend this organisation.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review.
We cannot rate Home Instead (Wimbledon & Kingston) highly enough.
Thank you for your kind words. We love caring for her!
I am very happy with my carer. She always arrives on time. She works very hard and I enjoy her company. I see her as a friend rather than just as my carer.
The carers are excellent and so understanding. The back office workers support me and help me make changes to sure the care is excellent.
Great to read. We are delighted you are happy! Thank you for taking the time to tell us.
Our aunt is very happy with the standard of care provided by Home Instead. She reports that her carers are warm and friendly and take a genuine interest in her well-being. We do not live near to my aunt so we rely on the Home Instead carers to help her follow a specific diet related to her health issues. They have also taken the initiative to involve her in various social activities which she has very much enjoyed. Home Instead are quick to inform us of any concerns with our aunts health and safety, We feel that she is in good hands.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. It is important to us to know how you feel about the service we are providing.
Excellent personal care and related care. Over three years with Home Instead and my 100% level of satisfaction continues. Very hard worker and carer - doesn't stop working when she is with me. Copes very well - English is a second language but you wouldn't know it! She is always very full of life - also with companionship skills as well. I can't fault her at all.
We have been clients on Home Instead 2013. The fact that we are still clients is a good indication or the satisfaction we have with the service provided. There have of course been 'drops' in service, but overall we could not manage without the help of Home Instead, and their carers and staff. We have recommended it to several friends.
My father had the benefit of care providers from Home Instead for just under a year. The different care givers were all very kind to my father, respected his independence and individual needs, and gave him just the right amount of support and companionship that he needed. Many thanks.
Every aspect of care, assistance, administrative and emotional support have been excellent more than one could ever expect. Communication with administration is welcoming and efficient. I remain endlessly grateful for this agency involvement in our lives.
Lovely to read you are happy - it was lovely to meet you the other week too!
My two principal caregivers during my six-week rehabilitation were exceptional in carrying out their care for me following my recent hospitalisation. They carried out their care with professionalism, kindness, consideration, constant encouragement and in many instances, humour. My experience with them over this period was an excellent one, for which I am most grateful.
Thank you for taking the time to send us such a glowing review. We are glad you are happy with the care received from Home Instead.
Her ability to adapt and fit like one of the family. Her knowledge and skills were so helpful in a period where we as a family were struggling to cope.
She was kind helpful and efficient. My mum really liked her.
She was there to provide support at difficult times
I would definitely recommened Home Instead again.
Our relationship with Home instead has gone from strength to strength in the continued care of our dad. We cannot thank you enough!
Thank you Gianna. We are delighted that you are happy with everything. Thank you for taking the time to write this beautiful review.
Home Instead is a truly wonderful care company. We have used their services for well over a year now and have found the entire team - from the office to dad's carer - to be utterly supportive, helpful and caring in their support of my dad. They have gone out of their way to do everything to make my dad comfortable and have been a blessing during some very difficult times.
Thank you Robert for taking the time to write such lovely words. The team will bed delighted to read it.
My Mother-in-law recently benefited from the support of Home Instead following a fracture
Client liaison were wonderful - they visited her during a temporary care home admission and helped to facilitate discharge to her own home - they were very professional but also had a wonderful manner with Mother-in-law and gave us all confidence that she would be in good hands - this was well-founded!
She required overnight care plus twice-daily visits for help with personal care
The team worked extremely hard to support her at short notice and to provide the same Caregivers on a regular basis - this continuity of care was excellent and very important for my Mother-in-law.
The Caregivers were introduced to M by the Client Liaison Team prior to their first visit - all were warm, kind, professional and good communicators - administrative support and communication have also been excellent
The team are compassionate, experienced and professional - I can't recommend them more highly.
Thank you so much Tina for taking the time to say such lovely words.
Following a couple of falls, and a brief stay in hospital, it became clear that my mother was going to need extra assistance with her day-to-day care. On contacting Home Instead, I was immediately impressed by their professional attitude. At no time did they pretend to be able to supply anything that wasn't achievable. They introduced the carer to myself and my mother before we had to make any commitment. They guaranteed the same carer at the same time, and always kept us fully informed. They have been highly supportive over the phone, whenever an emergency has arisen. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone in a similar situation.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. We are so pleased you are happy with the service.
A marvellous care service we have been using twice a day for over a year now for my elderly mother who currently lives alone with moderate Alzheimer's. There is an excellent core of regular carers who have all formed very positive relationships with my mother and occasional others who pick up the baton admirably when the usual carers are unable to visit. My mother is in denial about her condition and is inclined to politely refuse help with most tasks, but the carers devise clever ways to coax and persuade without distressing. They will assist with showering, cleaning, shopping, providing meals, ensuring medication is taken, going for walks and general companionship. I couldn't recommend them more.
What a fabulous review - thank you, Richard. We are delighted that you are so happy with the service.
