Warning, do not use this company.
Ever since my sister got moved to this company the office side of things has gone downhill! They don't appear to care about the client as long as they get paid.
My sister used to get a weekly schedule sent to her via e-mail to stop her being anxious and worrying as to who or when her carer would be and what time. Have phoned the office on several occasions about this. The excuse is they have too many clients to cater for this. Not every client is asking for a schedule!
As of today, 12/9/2023, the carer has just turned up, at 19.30, when the time was supposed to be 18.40. Bed call is at 20.30, so where is the 3-4 hour interval for the medication she needs?
The carers themselves, which my sister had originally, are fantastic, so I cannot fault them themselves.

I have had to phone this company many times over mis-timings, not turning up at all and all the on-call people say is 'you'll have to phone the office in the morning'! The office does not return calls!

They come in and set the criteria and agree 45 minutes am, 30 minutes pm, by week 2 they only spend 10 minutes here and don't do what's in the criteria unless we ask them to bath my dad.

Terrible carers......
My nan had Servacare for 3 days. They were totally useless.
In the 3 days not once did they turn up on time. They ignored my nan when they came in and picked her phone up and used it to log in.
One carer ignored me too. walked straight in the house whilst on her mobile picked up my nans landline logged in and then preceeded togo into the kitchen whilst still on the phone speaking in another language on her mobile.
Another time the lady walked in & asked my nan if she would like a chicken sandwhich when my nan didnt even have chicken in the fridge.

The time that I was there the carer was in my nans home for about 7 minutes and wrote down that she had been there 15.

Stay away from these carers for your relatives they are useless.

When we reported them they didnt give a toss. All they care about is money. If you are paid for half an hour then stay there and talk to the person you are "caring" for..... Do not ignore them
