You have proved our decision to be absolutely right for my parents, you gave them the freedom to live the remainder of their lives with greater security and confidence. We owe you a great debt of gratitude.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all of the team at Home Instead for the care that you have provided our parents over the past two and a half years. Without exception, your carers have been kind and compassionate and have made considerable sacrifices in order to improve upon my parents' quality of life. I believe that their input has enabled us to care for Mum at home right until the end and the fact that we were able to do so has brought us considerable solace during very difficult times.
Once again, many thanks.
My mother has been cared for by Home Instead for 3 years and in that time her carers have been wonderful. They are always on time, polite and courteous and very reliable. I would recommend them to anybody.
Home Instead have been fantastic with us. They are kind, caring and we feel very safe with them. The Director has gone above and beyond to help us and he has a lovely energy about him. We would strongly recommend them.
The carers looking after my husband who has dementia are really lovely. Not only are they highly professional and experienced but they also bring fun and humour to his life which has had a big impact on his health and general wellbeing. They are a great credit to Home Instead.
My father's Home Instead caregiver has been amazing. My father is 96 and lives in sheltered accommodation. The carer always arrives with a smile and a handshake and hands him his morning newspaper. The organisation takes great care to support his health, emotional needs and personal safety. The team show great respect towards my father. My mind is at rest because they have never failed to attend. If there needs to be any changes in carer due to sickness or holidays that is taken care of by the office and I am notified. I know my father is in good hands and that makes all the difference to my peace of mind.
At first, looked after my husband who had Alzheimer's, they were absolutely brilliant - totally trustworthy, kind and pleasant. After that, they looked after me - again brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone and indeed have done so.
We are fortunate to have an excellent team helping us care for Mum. The carers are very experienced and have sometimes given us advice. Their suggestions are very welcome especially as Mum gets more frail. She likes and trusts them all. I find the oversight and supervision very reassuring.
All the caregivers are extremely patient and kind, they have a good understanding of their client’s needs, especially when dealing with clients with dementia like my mum.
Every aspect of this service is well managed, the office team are efficient and helpful and try their best to sort things out as swiftly as possible when needed. There have been some challenging times but with the help of all at Home Instead, we have managed to overcome them. I can recommend anyone that is looking for care and support of their loved ones to use this company they all go above and beyond. Thank you.
Home Instead have now looked after and cared for my mum for five years. Through all the changes and ups and downs we have had during this time the carers have been great. Mum is delighted when they arrive and they demonstrate a professional and sensitive approach in relation to caring for her. As her health has deteriorated over this time they have remained a consistent and valued support for her as well as my sister and I.
Excellent service. Pleasant service from the office staff and supervisors. Good service from carer always on time. Good communication about any changes. Kind, considerate, well-spoken and caring. Very pleased.
He liked and trusted his carers and they fitted in to our busy family. My dad is sadly no longer with us, but I keep in touch with Home Instead. This alone speaks volumes.
I did a lot of online research before I decided to contact Home Instead Senior Care to find a carer to visit my mother a few times a week. I really liked their general approach (eg minimum visit duration of 1 hour) and the fact that they are a local company. As my mother is in the early stages of Alzheimer's it was also crucial that the same carer would visit her each time. The carer that Home Instead found is truly ideal. My mother has grown very fond of her and looks forward to her visits. If there are any issues then the carr or agency contact me and let me know. I'm so thankful.
As the family, we were given good advice as their on-going care and needs increased.
It gave me peace of mind in the knowledge they were receiving the best possible care.
The care and attention received from Home Instead was absolutely fantastic. We could not have asked for better. We were allocated a dedicated team of carers so we always knew who would be attending. They were well trained, dedicated to their role and their attention to detail was second to none. The back office support was also brilliant - an important factor in any care package.
My husband was well cared for during his 1 hour a day with carers who were kind and efficient and with whom he developed friendly relationships. We both appreciated the care he received.
We cannot thank Home Instead enough for their help, support and hard work, they really do go that extra mile. Management, staff and caregivers are all friendly and polite the communication is fantastic. Our family can relax in the knowledge that our mum is being cared for respectfully, kindly and with the patience she deserves. Wonderful team of people thank you.
Particular and complex multiple visits required every day. The management was superb at providing what was needed. Majority of the care staff were very good some were excellent. If there was any problem the management sorted it immediately. Very pleased.
My mother had Home Instead carers for over 2 and half years. I originally had to find carers to assist my mother at very short notice, and Home Instead reacted very quickly and professionally to my request, matching her with lovely carers who were able to meet her needs. As I live not far from my mother, I remained quite involved in planning and organising her care, and never once did the carers or the agency object to requests or suggestions I made. In fact, I felt that we worked as a team, to find the best level of care for my mother, and to adjust the care plan as her needs changed. Without Home Instead and their wonderful carers, I would not have been able to keep my mother in her own home, which was what she wanted above all. Thank you, Home Instead. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency to others, and indeed I have already done so.

Meet the Team (9)
My family have always been very involved in the care industry and I have been brought up with an appreciation of the positive effects that good care has on people’s lives. My parents between them have over 65 years’ experience running residential homes and providing support to the elderly, and I really wanted to follow in their footsteps and specialise in providing quality care to senior citizens and those with physical and learning disabilities. Having been hospitalised after an accident some years ago, I required several months of home care and it was during this period that I realised the huge effect well trained, caring, compassionate and considerate carers can have on one’s emotional wellbeing, independence and quality of life. As a result of my experience I ensure that all our CAREGivers are highly trained, compassionate individuals whose focus is on delivering quality, dependable, personalised care to every one of our clients, every single day
