All or most agencies are the same but I truly believe the service and back office staff do 'care'. At 92 with dementia she can fe a handful but the care staff have met her needs, the back office have always answered the phone and provide comprehensive updates.

Overall Experience

Some of the carers do not complete the time the allocated for, one of the carers become aggressive when approached about how much time is left. In addition some of them tamper with the times that they arrive and leave and write lies about the family in the visit logs. This is not indicative of all the carers as some have been okay.

After my mother-in-law left hospital we were given a reablement care package from Westminster Homecare. A thorough assessment was made and the care started immediately.

The carers have been great, taking care of all her changing needs. They have been punctual, friendly and caring. Her free care has now finished and we have stayed with Westminster Homecare as we know she will continue to receive good care.
