I am very happy with the care I receive from Haslemere Homecare, I understand how difficult recent years have been with Covid etc. The carers have always looked after me with respect and kindness and I shall soon enjoy my 97th birthday.

Very efficient and flexible with great carers. Easy to re-arrange at short notice. Punctual and caring. Dad loves talking to them. We have been happy clients for almost three years. The office staff also friendly and helpful.

Haslemere Homecare are professional, diligent and supportive individuals. The management team listen and do all they can to facilitate their client's needs, sometimes at short notice. The carers are generally very good at their jobs and are always able to adapt to requests or changing needs of their client.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to you and your team for your support and care, being a carer myself wasn't easy letting and trusting my partner in someone else's hands but they're professional, caring, courteous and have helped not only my partner but me so thank you it's only been just over 2 weeks.

Very reliable service, the staff are very friendly, they always ask if there is any more they can do to help after they have dressed and made breakfast for Mum. Overall I am very happy with the service.

The manager and her team were amazing looking after Mum so she could stay in her own home for as long as possible. They went above and beyond for Mum and we were so grateful to have them able to go in and look after Mum when we couldn’t always be there. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to help care for their loved ones.

In order for my mother to remain in her own home as long as possible, we needed a reliable team of carers and this we found when I was recommended Haslemere Homecare. For the past two and a half years she was supported three times a day until, with deteriorating health, it became necessary for her to have 24-hour residential care in a nursing home. The carers timing was reliable and Mum valued the time they spent with her and enjoyed the chats and company. I’m very grateful to Haslemere Homecare for all they did for my mum. Thank you.

We are very pleased with the service provided. Mum has found looking after Dad exhausting and the care given has given her some respite. She would not want to be without the twice-daily visits. She finds the key carer coming regularly a real help, getting to know him helps her feel safe.

I have found most of the carers helpful and friendly. They make my mum laugh which is good. It would be good if maybe once a month she could be given a bath. Not sure if I could do this on my own! One carer even changed her bed for her, so nice.

I have only once asked one to leave.

The review was excellent. The representative of the company was very kind and helpful. She asked me what I thought about my regular carer to which I replied I was happy with her and all the other carers who come. They are all helpful and very pleasant. I do not think it is value for money. For the amount of money I have to pay per month and the amount fo time they spend here. This is not a criticism of the care company but the system.

All the girls are really good. Some are fantastic. I am happy with Haslemere Homecare.
