Verina Daly Care Ltd

A great service from a fantastic team. My mother has been cared for ensuring she keeps her dignity. She looks forward to the visits from her care worker and I couldn't ask for any more than that.

Verina Daly Care is an outstanding organisation with thoroughly professional and trustworthy staff who were very knowledgeable in all aspects of care for my mother. They cooked lovely food for my mother and kept her very clean and comfortable. She never had any bed sores and her skin improved within a few weeks of Verina taking on her care. I found all the staff to be very responsible and caring, and would call the GP if they thought it necessary. Verina was able to help Mum and reassure the family with all the problems that arose during the two years that Verina Daly Care was looking after her. Verina liaised with district nurses and got any special equipment required to make Mum more comfortable. In addition to my mother's personal care the large house that my mother lived in has never been cleaner, and the team were wonderful in coping with the floods of 2013/14 when, although water didn't come into the house, they had to monitor pumps in the cellars and walk through the flooded high street with shopping to reach to house. I never heard anyone complain and was hugely grateful that they were there and coped so well. I can't praise them more highly.
