Friendly, punctual, efficient service. Very nice carers, helpful and willing.

All my carers are very good.

Companionship is provided for 4 hours one day a week. We are entirely satisfied with the service and level of care provided.

My sister is very comfortable and satisfied with the service.

My husband has been poorly since the beginning of 2021, so his ongoing care has been more of a challenge to me. Without the kindness and support of his carer our lives would have been greatly impaired. I cannot speak highly enough for the caring support that has been provided by his regular carer. She has allowed me a little respite through this difficult time. I am extremely grateful for her daily visits which gives me comfort that my husband is continuing to receive great care. Thank you!

I have found my experience of the agency very good indeed over the past 11 months. The three days per week which I need her help for she keeps my house clean and tidy, she helps me have a shower and gets me dressed, we go shopping once in the week. She will help out when I get into difficulties on the computer. We have discussions and laughs about things. I especially like the fact that if my regular caregiver is away the agency will send someone else. Also, I am very pleased that my caregiver just kept working through the Covid crisis.

We have had an excellent experience with Home Instead caring for my mum. The service they provide is first class. Mum has a principal carer who looks after her so well and has become an important part of her life. The other carers, who look after her on the staff members days off, are all very good too. Mum trusts them to provide the personal care she needs. And they are exceptional in being prepared to cook her meals from scratch. They always arrive on time and are a key part of her daily routine.

The new app is working very well and I can access it when I am away from home to check mum is ok. I would and have recommended them to anyone needing a carer to allow their family member to carry on living independently.

The service provided is excellent, of a high professional and caring standard. The carer is extremely helpful, thoughtfully and caring, she goes beyond expectations. Provides me with confidence that my parents are receiving care from a carer who has their best interests at heart. She has built up a very good relationship with my mother, who is the client and had Alzheimer's, and my father, who really likes and appreciates her.

Home Instead Basildon has provided help, care and support for my grandfather over the last year. Cannot thank them enough for the work that they do for us and how they help my grandfather.

The carer was thorough, efficient and understanding of my mother's needs. As in the previous year, this year was the same and she covered all aspects of my mother's care plan and requirements.

She has Alzheimer's and is profoundly deaf. It is a testament to the care provided that she is still living in her own property safe and happy.

The Home Instead carers have been looking after my parents for the last few years. I don't know what we would have done without them. Home Instead Senior Care has supplied care for my father since January 2018, the care they supply is of a very high standard they are totally reliable. My father has Alzheimer's and the caregivers my father has are well trained with Alzheimer's so can meet the challenge this disease can create in a very supportive way. They also keep me informed and up to date not only are the caregivers outstanding the office staff also go out of their way to support me and my father.
