My son's main carer is extremely reliable, punctual, trustworthy and caring. I am very happy with them. The availability of the second carer can be erratic at times or not available.

I would like to say thank you to all at this care company, you have looked after my wife, since October. I was her carer for many years and was reluctant to give up, however, the management team asked me to trial and if I did not feel ready they would stop. It was the best decision and now they feel
like they are part of the family, the carers always talk to her politely and make her feel comfortable. Thank you once again.

My Mother-in-Law has been a client for the last 8 months, we have regular carers that know her daily routine and will carry out the care plan professionally. We are truly grateful to have these carers as it gives us peace of mind knowing we can trust them when we are away. Thank you to all the management

I would like to express my deep appreciation for the support the manager and her team provided to my mother after her release from hospital in February 2017. The speed with which you were able to arrange carers for AM and PM cover was a huge support to the family as well as my mother.


Your team's

understanding, reliability and people skills in providing personal care was excellent. I believe the care she received significantly helped in her recovery process and our peace of mind. She looked forward to her daily visits and progressed significantly, increasing her independence over the period of support until finally back on her feet.

Thank you to the manager and her team, they are caring and professional and most importantly reliable. We have regular carers that come in and look after Mum. They make her feel comfortable and take her to appointments or walks if she wants. Mum and I highly recommend them.

A big thank you to all the carers that look after mum, she is an independent lady and refused care and was not co-operating with anyone,
The carers won mum over with respecting her wishes and treating her with dignity. We have had care for the last 6 months with regular carers and supportive office
staff. Best care company we have dealt with.

This care company look after my Nan, they have lovely carers and the same lady comes in for a majority of the calls. They have good communication with family and if I have a concern the office will get back to me on the same day. Highly Recommended.

Job Title: Operations Director/ Registered Manager

I was blessed 10 years ago with the opportunity to work in the care
sector, within a
short period of time I discovered I had a real passion for the job and
the way it allowed me to make a difference in people’s lives. I
realised my presence and assistance could make a real difference to
someone’s day, and I find this a privilege.


I truly feel that we all deserve respect and dignity and Person
centred care, just a smile and a friendly gesture could brighten
someone’s day. There is nothing that gives me greater joy than
experiencing the turnaround in regards to health and well being in our
clients and working with family and themselves for a better quality of
life.


As the Operations Director and Registered Manager I truly believe I
can practice and demonstrate that all care is delivered to all as an
equal, My ethos is and practiced as " Treat all clients as you would
want your loved ones to be cared for."

I have been in the care industry for over 15 years, starting off as a care assistant and working my way up through team leading duties and onto managerial positions.


Currently I am based in the office Monday to Friday and responsible for the coordination of care duties across the company. I have a great team at Equicare Services and because of this I enjoy coming to work every day.


My aim is to grow within the company and expand my knowledge further in Health and Social care in order to provide the highest level of service that both my clients and staff deserve.


Most of all I enjoy working with my clients, being able to help them and promote them in having their independence whilst living at home, despite needing help, is a great feeling and is very rewarding to know that I can help someone feel that little bit better knowing that they have the support.

Holly is the administrator for Equicare Services Ltd, she began work in January 2018.


" I work closely with all staff and clients ensuring that we provide a continuous high-quality service. I thoroughly enjoy working with Equicare, everybody works well together and carers are passionate about their job. I work very hard to ensure clients are happy with the service and it is a big reward to hear positive feedback. We are always looking for opportunities to get involved with fayres, fetes, charities, sponsored events, coffee mornings and volunteering, so feel free to contact me if we can help at a local event."
