Office staff is very helpful and accommodating when help needed.
Thank you, this means a lot to us and our carers enjoy visiting your mum.
Seniors Helping Seniors has always been helpful and friendly, very flexible and responsive to our needs. We have been pleased to be able to use a local company and to know that they have provided local people who know the area and understand the issues.
Thank you for supporting local! It means a lot to us.
This service has proved to be outstanding support to me in caring for my dad. The carer is punctual and reliable and quickly developed a rapport with our whole family, not just her client. I have already recommended Seniors Helping Seniors to a friend in a similar situation.
Thank you, it really is our pleasure to help you to support your dad.
Our experience has been a very positive one, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful company!
Thank you. Our carers are truly amazing and we're delighted to be able to help your mum.
Seniors Helping Seniors have enabled me to stay at home, being here to help me on the stairs (up and down 2-floors), which I would not now manage safely, if at all. Otherwise, I would be dependent on a nurse coming in to give me a bed bath.
Brilliant - you are amazing, and we are so happy to keep you independent in this way.
The team looking after my elderly mother are excellent. The office is easy to contact and quick to respond. The two carers who see her are very reliable and kind. They also take time to understand Mum's needs.
Thanks for taking the time to review us. We know you are in regular contact with the manager, and we know things are going really well. We'd love to find out if there are any areas we can improve on for you and your mum. Nothing less than outstanding service is good enough, so we are keen to hear...
My mother uses this service and has found the carers kind and responsive to her needs. The company were swift to help when we first needed support for the level of care my mother needs - companionship and outings to the shops etc. The service has been ideal, and I have found that her carers have always gone over and above what could be asked of them. Thank you.
Very good transport service to and from London hospital, involving lots of waiting and uncertainty about discharge time and place - cheerful conversation along the way. I was very happy that the same driver was available for subsequent visits.
Much appreciated, Peter; we're delighted your procedure went so well.
Seniors Helping Seniors have been a lifeline for my mum and our family, and have contributed to making it possible for Mum to stay in her own home living independently. They provide caring companionship, taking Mum for walks, cooking her meals, doing her housework, shopping and driving her to the GP - all done with great empathy, care and friendship. They take her swimming, help her with changing and showering, and make sure she has a warm drink and lunch afterwards. They negotiated the past two years of Covid in an exemplary fashion, safety always at the top of their list, but never allowing their service and companionship to suffer. Not one visit was missed through the whole Covid crisis. They keep me constantly informed about how Mum is, alerting me when there's a cause for concern and reassuring me when there isn't. Living 200-miles away from Mum, this is hugely important to me, and with Seniors, I know Mum is under their daily watchful care. In Mum's own words: They're brilliant.
Excellent service. Shopping list emailed to local office and although the person who was supposed to deliver the shopping was ill, someone else took the job. Highly recommend.
This has been a very difficult time for us and I want to say how happy we have been with the services provided by the carers and Seniors Helping Seniors management throughout.
Always on time, does not make me happy when at the hairdressers takes me from basin to dryer ect with great care. Always aware of and respects my disability (leg) and painful right hand. Checking I'm comfortable before leaving. A quiet and kind carer who has become a friend I'm happy to welcome.
Utmost care was taken to assess the expectations and requirements of this new client, particularly when the member of the staff was first introduced.
The harmony here is working well through the agreed scheduled visits of our "Seniors" experience of the realities of life. Her observations, encouragements and sense of humour have led to much appreciated positive help by Seniors Helping Seniors (UK) Ltd.
My mother had a stroke 18 months ago after which she lost all her independence and confidence. I approached Seniors Helping Seniors as I was looking for company for my mother whilst I was at work. The befriends are selected to match the needs of the client. The two ladies that sit with my mother have enriched her life, they chat to her about her life and bring her out of herself. They make her a cup of tea and encourage her to drink. They treat her with dignity and respect. I can’t recommend this agency enough.
My garden is in a constant state of agreed development in conjunction with my gardener: we agree a programme and carry it through. Therefore, it is a joint enterprise giving enthusiasm and enjoyment to both parties. This is what a gardening service should be; it is carried out on a Monday, so the week starts on a high. Both of us are keen gardeners and we exchange both plants and seeds, as well as ideas: the service expands minds and involvement on both sides. Does it fulfil all the needs of such a service - YES, YES, YES!
This person goes shopping for me once a fortnight and is efficient and discreet.
Our regular helper is consistent helpful and always ready to go the extra mile and with a very pleasant attitude,
The carers have enriched my Dad's life beyond words. They understand care goes beyond the daily routine of meals and chores. Dad has watched sunsets on drives out and shared so many other special times. The compassion and respect shown to my Dad are faultless. Whilst dementia has robbed him of yesterday - stealing his memories, he has been left with a feeling of love and security. At 98 that is precious. Thank you.
A professional organisation with understanding and very helpful people.
When housebound, it is a great help having someone bring in the shopping. Also, it is nice to sit down and have a chat.
