Overall a good efficient service. The care workers are punctual and polite.


Management are responsive to any suggestions and needs and do the best they can to accommodate any such requests. Also given prior notice by them for any changes.

Our 4 year old daughter receives excellent care from her carers from Ask Care. The carers are very kind and attentive to our daughter's needs. The administrators and management are very helpful in coordinating our daughter's care and respond to our queries promptly.

I am pleased with all my regular carers provided by Ask Care Ltd. as they all understand my son. I have had no issues with the management and would like to say that they have provided cover in emergency/last minute on numerous occasions when my private carer has had an emergency and was unable to attend.

We have been with Ask Care for many years since my daughter had a car accident.
They have been very understanding and supportive whenever needed.
The carers are polite, punctual, helpful and friendly.
Overall we have been very happy with the care and service from Ask care and would very much recommend
them for anyone for the future.

I am writing this testimonial in praise of my Carer, who has been supporting me for the past two years.
Throughout this time, she has shown outstanding commitment and consistency. She arrives every day without fail and carries out all of her duties with care and professionalism. She listens closely
to what I need, follows my requests, and ensures that everything is done properly and respectfully.
What makes her truly special is her personal touch. When I'm feeling low or need someone to talk to, she is always willing to have a kind conversation. She never rushes and always makes time to make sure I feel supported, both physically and emotionally.
She is not only reliable and capable, but also genuinely caring. I am grateful for everything she does, and I feel lucky to have her as my Carer. I truly believe she is an excellent example of what a Carer should be.

In short a shambolic back office team with unprofessional care coordinators who do not listen to the family members but instead appear to intimidate the family members. Absent and unresponsive leadership/management who appear to take no interest in the well-being/care/concerns of the user and their
family and consistently failing to respond to issues raised and complaints made. In recent months this agency has failed to positively engage with the user's family and will often make decisions on its own without consulting the family, some of which were potentially put at risk/harmful to the user.
This agency used to be good and has good carers however they and the user are being let down by a shambolic back office and poor management and therefore I would not presently recommend it to others.

Despite being a provider to your family member for over ten years where there have been very little to no issues, it has only just now become apparent to you that we have failed to take any interest in your parents well being / care. For nearly ten years we have strived to provide the best possible care and have always worked closely with the family to ensure the client has maximum choice in their care. It is a shame that only now when you have been involved with the care needs, that you feel this way. We have always been content with dealing with your other family members and all issues if any were always resolved.
Consistency has always been the key to the successful upkeep of this care package, if management was so poor the long term sustainability of the package would not have survived. Management went to the extent that for a period of extra need, the agency provided additional support without payment!

Excellent service, price range was very accommodating and the facility was exceptional. Thank you very much to all the carers and those who spoke a variety of languages. It can't be easy relying on carers for many of your needs, and yet my mother and father have nothing but praise for the team from ASK. They have become friends and confidantes as much as providers of pills and physical assistance. Far from being strangers in the family home, my parents value them enormously
for making life as comfortable and reassuring and 'normal' as it can possibly be.
Building that trust has nothing to do with box-ticking. Relationships like these aren't based on professional training, as important as that might be. They're about human beings understanding, liking and wanting to help other human beings at a different and difficult stage in their lives. It's about giving a damn.
That's why I will always be grateful we found ASK. Collectively and individually, they give a damn. I've no doubt they are a tonic for my parents as well as the necessary support. And because of that, because I know I can rely on them at all times, they are also a huge tonic for me.

ASK Care have been providing care to my parents for some years now and throughout that time they have always provided first-class service.
The carers, they use really do care. When I see them with my parents, it's very clear that they seem to have a true vocation and enjoy their jobs.
As my parents
have fortunately had the same core carers throughout. I have seen the relationships grow so both my mum and dad trust the carers and we (the whole family) do too.

I was recommended this care provider after some frustrating experiences with other agencies. I have two adult sons, one has cerebral palsy and is a wheelchair user and the other has Asperger's. The standard of carer that this agency provides is outstanding. All the carers I was supplied with were intelligent
and caring. They showed real affection towards my sons and went the extra mile to help them or entertain them. They had common sense, were chatty and friendly and totally professional at all times. Very importantly, they were always punctual! Also, very good value! Fantastic! And my sons loved all the carers and missed them when they left!
