The carer who attended me was polite, friendly, helpful and punctual. I couldn't fault her – she was absolutely wonderful. Having arrived at 9.45 pm as advised, in order to be familiarised with me, we had to wait until 10.15 pm for the person who was to oversee the familiarisation, by which time it
was too late.

Caremark carers are more than carers, they are also friends.
They are like a breath of fresh air.
I have always found them to be attentive and they listen to my needs, as well as being punctual they treat me with the utmost dignity and kindness.
The office staff are always available should there
ever be a query and are prompt to deal with and resolve any situation.
Caremark cares for me and I care for Caremark.

My experience with Caremark Stevenage has always been good being very caring, respectful, polite, hardworking, and nothing being too much trouble, with the majority of the carers I have had.

Claire Evans

Job Title: Registered Care Manager Joined: 2013

Claire started working in care in 2001 as an evening care assistant. She was soon promoted to Quality Assurance Officer, then Care Coordinator. Further promotions included Supervisor, then Deputy Manager.


She moved on to a different company in 2008 as Assistant Manager and was promoted to Care Manager in 2010.


In April 2013, Claire joined Caremark North Herts & Stevenage when the territory was established - it was an exciting time for her.


Claire managed to build the business from scratch, and she is very proud of the excellent standard of care that is provided by our Care Assistants. Claire has a very supportive team around, who ensure that the care we provide is outcome-based and person-centred.


She has attained NVQ level 5 and also has a teaching qualification.


Caremark North Herts & Stevenage is rated GOOD in all five areas assessed by the CQC.
