Trinity provided good care to my nan at a time when it was needed. After battling with multiple care agencies, Trinity were able to provide regular careers who ensured day to day care was carried out. They supported my nan at a time of need, ensured extra calls were put in place during bank holidays and always managed to find extra space when care needed to be extended and enhanced.

However, towards the end of the journey, when my nan passed away, which was not expected, neither her support worker or the agency themselves called, wrote or sent any condolence to myself or the family. My nan was in hospital for a total of seven weeks, and in those seven weeks, I didn't receive a call or message from anyone at Trinity asking how my nan is doing. This was a difficult time for myself and I found it hard to understand and upsetting that a care agency, who cared for my nan for nearly two years acted this way. The care they provided, I could not fault, however, they really need to improve this aspect of care.

I was very much against any care initially, however, I look forward to my carers coming now. My carer has been very much at the forefront of me having carers. She has always respected my anxiety issues and when a new carer was coming, she always has spoken with me about this which has helped immensely. Both carers are professional. I am very much at ease with my carers. My wishes are always respected as much as I am respected. Apart from the escorting and housework, although all are professional, I enjoy great conversation and a laugh. The way in which I am looked after has also helped greatly with my confidence. Office staff are always helpful although communication is lacking at times, it has come a long way.

Always punctual, reliable, cheerful and helpful. I cannot speak too highly of my Trinity carers. Since June 2016, I have had an early morning half-hour visit which sets me up for the day. It is amazing how much they do in that time, from bringing me tea to bringing my supper tray which means I have very little to do for myself.
