My husband has needed care since October 2024 for MND and 24 hour care from July25. Hope Home Care have provided excellent carers with majority of them having not only a nursing background but are also understanding & personable to not only my husband but to me as well. Any problems that may have occurred
have been resolved quickly and efficiently.
I would definitely recommend Hope Home Care to anyone who is looking for an agency that listens to your needs & provides the right type of carer.

My mother been under Hope Homecare since 2017. The staff and care workers have been very supportive with my mother. Assisting with personal care - my mum was hospitalised and since then they supported with her dementia.

Hope Homecare have been supporting my daughter for the last year. She has complex health and behavioural needs.
The carers have been like extended family. Making my daughter very happy. She is always excited to see the carers. They do a fantastic job interacting and taking care of her. nothing seems
to much.

The staff are pleasant properly clothed with PPE always helpful and understand what is asked of them when here. It's nice to have a quick chat while tasks are being carried out . Some of the carers go that little bit further to always help.

We have been using Hope Homecare for a year now. Initially, I was very hesitant to go ahead with a caring agency for my son who has complex needs and drug-resistant epilepsy. However we have been working with 2 carers consistently and I can honestly say that this has made a massive difference in our
life. It took awhile to gain that confidence and for me to leave my son's care to someone else. Our carers knows our son really well, she is very caring, attentive and lovely with him. They comes in 3 days a week and on those days I have been able to claim a little of my life back, I am able to leave the house whilst comfortable that someone that I trust is looking after my son. I was not able to do this before I had carers coming to the house. I can only speak from my personal experience but I have to say I would highly recommend Hope Homecare to anyone considering getting help with their loved one.

Hope homecare started visiting dad for early morning washing and getting him ready for the day. The carers were very friendly, empathetic and efficient. Dad was treated with respect and dignity. They always arrived on time and we felt very safe and in good hands. They even visited on Christmas Day and
that meant a lot to us.

My father suffered a fall and stroke. One side of his body is now paralysed. When he came home he needed supported of carers to help him get washed and make his meals. He also had a Stoma fitted. The Stoma was something new to our family, but hope we're great in explaining everything to us and the staff
help him clean and change it so it isn't as frightening anymore. Thanks to all at Hope Homecare Services Ltd.

My daughter suffers with celebral palsy. She regularly aspirates and needs to be peg feed, oral suctioned and nebulized. The team have been brilliant. The nurse at Hope Homecare Services Ltd as been great and is ensuring that my daughter has what she needs and often communicates with the hospital and
doctors to support me. We have the team of 7 staff who support my daughter for the past 18 months or so. They are here 24/7 so I have now have respite and I'm able to have time to myself without having to worry about my daughter and sleep at night as the carers are there. Thank you so much Hope.

My father is bed bound and non verbal. The care workers provide 24/7 support for him at home. It's been a massive weight lifted off the families shoulders knowing the girls are there with him. The family is pleased with the best services provided by Hope Homecare Services.

I'm very happy with the care my 4 year old son is receiving from Hope Homecare Services. They provide him with 24/7 support as he suffers with cerebral palsy. They peg feed him and provide all his personal care and give him his medication. Its such a relief to have their support.

My Grandad has been having Hope Homecare Services for the past 6 months. He sleep walks at night and needs someone there to make sure he doesn't go outside and keep him safe. We've been with Hope Homecare Services for a while now and I can honestly say we feel so supported. The carers are amazing, especially when it comes to my daughter's complex health care needs. They're skilled at oral suctioning and PEG feeding, but it's the personal touches that make them stand out.
They always take the time to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The carers also help with cleaning, shopping, and even doing the little things that make a huge difference. I can't thank them enough for their care and support.

Hope Homecare Services has been a lifeline for our family as we navigate my father's journey with dementia. The carers are incredibly patient, understanding and skilled in meeting his needs. They provide compassionate personal care, helping with everything from bathing to dressing, while ensuring his
dignity is always respected. They've created a safe and calm environment for him, which has made a huge difference in his daily life.
The team is also so supportive of us as a family, offering guidance and reassurance. Whether it's during the day or the waking night shifts, we always feel confident that Dad is in good hands. The carers even help with domestic tasks like cleaning and shopping, which takes a huge burden off us.
What truly stands out is how they treat Dad as an individual, they take the time to talk with him, engage him in activities he enjoys and make him feel valued. We're so grateful to Hope Homecare for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication.

Gail Maimbolwa is the Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, and a driving force behind Hope Homecare Services Limited. With a deep passion for care and over 14 years of experience in the sector, Gail is the heart of the business, overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of governance and compliance.


Gail co-founded Hope Homecare Services Limited with her mother, Gladys Maimbolwa, in 2013, sharing a vision to provide exceptional, person-centred care. Originally working as an accountant in central London with AAT qualifications and plans to complete ACCA, Gail discovered her calling in health and social care while working as a part-time carer. Inspired by her passion for making a difference, she transitioned fully into the care sector, and the company was born.


In 2018, Gail took on the dual responsibilities of managing the business and caring for her mother during her battle with breast cancer. Following her mother’s passing in 2019, Gail stepped into the role of Registered Manager, continuing her mother’s legacy while driving the company forward with unwavering dedication and compassion.


Gail holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, a diploma in teaching, and a Train the Trainer qualification, equipping her to lead with expertise and professionalism. As a Safeguarding Champion, she ensures the safety and well-being of all service users, fostering a culture of trust and transparency within the organisation.


Her hands-on experience, from starting as a carer at age 22 to building and managing a thriving care business, gives her unique insight into every aspect of care provision. Gail is an integral part of Hope Homecare Services Limited, leading the team with integrity, passion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to every service user.

Helen Layton

Job Title: Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) Joined: 2024

Helen Layton is a highly accomplished and dedicated registered nurse, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). She joined Hope Homecare in February 2024 and serves as our Clinical Lead, overseeing all nursing and clinically complex packages of care.


Helen brings a wealth of expertise and academic achievements to her role, including:

Helen’s extensive career includes working as a Sister in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Cambridge, where she honed her clinical skills and developed a deep understanding of complex health needs. She also has considerable experience in community healthcare, making her an integral part of our team.


As Clinical Lead, Helen is responsible for writing and overseeing all care plans for nursing and clinical care packages. Her meticulous approach ensures that every package is delivered to the highest standard. Helen also supervises ongoing care to ensure our service users’ needs are continuously met with professionalism and compassion.


One of Helen’s standout qualities is her ability to provide in-house staff training. Holding a teaching qualification and a Train the Trainer certification, she delivers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and equips our staff with the skills needed to use service user-specific equipment. This capability significantly reduces waiting times for district nurse-led training, allowing us to start complex care packages swiftly and efficiently.


Helen’s leadership ensures that Hope Homecare remains at the forefront of delivering exceptional nursing care. Agnieszka

Agnieszka Gerke

Job Title: Deputy Manager & MCA Champion Joined: 2017

Agnieszka Gerke is a highly valued member of the Hope Homecare Services Limited team, serving as our Deputy Manager and Capacity Champion. She joined the company in 2017 as a care worker and quickly demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication. Her hard work and commitment led to her promotion to Office Administrator, and by 2020, she was appointed Deputy Manager—a role she has excelled in ever since.


Agnieszka holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and brings extensive experience in managing a wide range of care packages. She is highly skilled in supporting individuals with complex health needs, physical disabilities, and mental health challenges. Her expertise extends to conducting detailed service user assessments, liaising with local authorities to ensure optimal care packages, and delivering person-centred care.


As our Capacity Champion, Agnieszka plays a pivotal role in upholding the principles of the Mental Capacity Act within the organization, ensuring that decisions made on behalf of our service users are in their best interests.
