Gail Maimbolwa is the Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, and a driving force behind Hope Homecare Services Limited. With a deep passion for care and over 14 years of experience in the sector, Gail is the heart of the business, overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of governance and compliance.

Gail co-founded Hope Homecare Services Limited with her mother, Gladys Maimbolwa, in 2013, sharing a vision to provide exceptional, person-centred care. Originally working as an accountant in central London with AAT qualifications and plans to complete ACCA, Gail discovered her calling in health and social care while working as a part-time carer. Inspired by her passion for making a difference, she transitioned fully into the care sector, and the company was born.

In 2018, Gail took on the dual responsibilities of managing the business and caring for her mother during her battle with breast cancer. Following her mother’s passing in 2019, Gail stepped into the role of Registered Manager, continuing her mother’s legacy while driving the company forward with unwavering dedication and compassion.

Gail holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, a diploma in teaching, and a Train the Trainer qualification, equipping her to lead with expertise and professionalism. As a Safeguarding Champion, she ensures the safety and well-being of all service users, fostering a culture of trust and transparency within the organisation.

Her hands-on experience, from starting as a carer at age 22 to building and managing a thriving care business, gives her unique insight into every aspect of care provision. Gail is an integral part of Hope Homecare Services Limited, leading the team with integrity, passion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to every service user.

Agnieszka Gerke is a highly valued member of the Hope Homecare Services Limited team, serving as our Deputy Manager and Capacity Champion. She joined the company in 2017 as a care worker and quickly demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication. Her hard work and commitment led to her promotion to Office Administrator, and by 2020, she was appointed Deputy Manager—a role she has excelled in ever since.

Agnieszka holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and brings extensive experience in managing a wide range of care packages. She is highly skilled in supporting individuals with complex health needs, physical disabilities, and mental health challenges. Her expertise extends to conducting detailed service user assessments, liaising with local authorities to ensure optimal care packages, and delivering person-centred care.

As our Capacity Champion, Agnieszka plays a pivotal role in upholding the principles of the Mental Capacity Act within the organization, ensuring that decisions made on behalf of our service users are in their best interests. Her knowledge, efficiency, and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of the team and an invaluable resource for staff, service users, and their families.

Agnieszka is a true all-rounder, bringing passion and professionalism to every aspect of her work, and is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care for those we support.

Fabiola Insalaco is a dedicated and indispensable member of the Hope Homecare Services Limited team, serving as our Field Care Supervisor, In-House Trainer, and Medication Champion. She joined the company in 2019, bringing a wealth of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in health and social care.

After an impressive 20-year career in the aviation industry, Fabiola made a significant career change to pursue her passion for care. Since joining, she has exceeded expectations with her exceptional attention to detail, dedication, and natural ability to support and guide her colleagues. Her outstanding contributions quickly earned her a promotion to her current roles.

Fabiola holds an MDT-3 qualification in Health and Social Care, alongside certifications in teaching and "Train the Trainer." As our in-house trainer, she is responsible for inducting all new staff members and ensuring their training is updated every six months or annually, in line with CQC requirements and Skills for Care standards.

In her role as Field Care Supervisor, Fabiola conducts service user assessments, care reviews, and spot checks on staff to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently maintained. She also goes out into the community to connect with service users, ensuring their care plans remain relevant and reflective of their needs.

As our Medication Champion, Fabiola ensures all staff are properly trained and adhering to best practices in medication administration. With her warm, approachable nature and outstanding organizational skills, Fabiola is an exceptional mentor and trainer, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Her dedication to excellence and her role in maintaining compliance make her a vital part of the Hope Homecare team.

Augusta Siaw has been an integral part of Hope Homecare since 2015. With nearly a decade of dedicated service, Augusta brings a wealth of frontline experience in the health and social care sector. Her expertise spans supporting a wide range of service users, from children to adults, with diverse and often complex needs.

Augusta's skill set includes caring for individuals with complex health needs, PEG feeding, medication administration, as well as assisting with shopping, domestic tasks, and community activities. Her compassionate and adaptable approach makes her a true all-rounder and a trusted team member.

As our Medication Champion, Augusta plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of medication management within our service. She supervises staff in this area, providing guidance and maintaining compliance. Additionally, Augusta is responsible for shadowing and mentoring new staff members, sharing her extensive knowledge and fostering the professional development of her colleagues.
