Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. We're truly delighted to hear that you felt respected, comfortable, and well cared for during your time with us. It means the world to our team to know that their punctuality, compassion, and dedication made such a positive difference in your daily routine. Your recommendation is deeply appreciated, and we'll be sure to pass on your lovely feedback to the carers involved-they'll be thrilled to know they've had such an impact. Wishing you continued comfort and wellbeing
We're sorry your experience with OneCare didn't meet expectations. We take all feedback seriously, especially regarding safety. Over the 14 months of care, we acknowledged mistakes and held meetings, including one on June 12, 2025, to agree on actions moving forward. The decision to issue 14 days' notice wasn't an attempt to avoid responsibility but to allow a fresh start with a new provider. Regarding the seizure episode, the carer left briefly to get help, which was addressed, and the carer received further training. While we value feedback, it's crucial to report concerns promptly. We were often only made aware of issues retrospectively, which limited our ability to address them in real-time. We understand emotions run high, but we aim for balanced, fair representations of events. We remain committed to continuous improvement and welcome further dialogue through the local authority or CQC.

We understand how challenging it can be for both of you, and we are grateful for the trust you've placed in our team. Our carers are dedicated to providing the best possible support, and your recognition means the world to them. We also want to express our deep gratitude for your strength and resilience in this journey. We will continue to do everything we can to help make life easier for both you and your wife. Your feedback is truly appreciated, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. Thank you again for your kind words.

I’ve worked across a wide range of services, supporting people from all walks of life, and developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced at every level—from those delivering care to those receiving it.
My leadership style is rooted in empathy, integrity, and a genuine commitment to person-centred care. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. I work closely with both clients and staff to ensure that every care plan is as individual as the person it’s designed for—focused on achievable outcomes, meaningful goals, and the person’s own values and wishes.
Throughout my career, I’ve championed transparency in service delivery. I believe everyone involved in an individual’s care—whether family members, professionals, or support staff—should be kept fully informed and included in the process. Clear communication and shared understanding are key to building trust and delivering consistently high standards.
I’m also passionate about supporting and developing the teams I lead. I create a culture where carers feel valued, listened to, and equipped to do their best work. This includes promoting robust training, open dialogue, and strong supervision so that our services don’t just meet expectations—they exceed them.
As Registered Care Manager at OneCare Group UK Limited, I oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive domiciliary care across Southampton. My role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, leading service development, and driving quality improvement through systems such as Nourish. I work with commissioners, clients, families, and staff to deliver care that is not only safe and professional but also warm, personal, and empowering.
Above all, I’m driven by a simple principle: every person deserves to be cared for in a way that respects who they are. I’m proud to lead a service where that belief is not just talked about—but lived every day.
I began my journey in health and social care at 18, providing frontline care and support to a diverse group of service users with various needs and abilities.
This experience has given me a deep understanding of the daily complexities faced by those requiring care and support.
As I expanded my knowledge and skills, collaborating closely with health professionals and social services, I have successfully implemented systems and procedures within our organisation.
These ensure the delivery of a dynamic, well-led, and responsive service to all our service users.
My focus is on supporting our registered manager and the care delivery team daily, enabling them to provide the highest standard of care while ensuring continuity.
Joining OneCare as an apprentice offered me the chance to learn about health and social care. Studying while working enabled me to acquire diplomas in Health and Social Care and Business Management.
The Senior Management Team at OneCare has provided substantial support for my development, and their knowledge has been instrumental in enhancing my learning every day.
My experience includes fieldwork, regular training, and exposure to various care settings, including Live-In Care, Domiciliary Care, and Support Work.
Regularly working in a dual role allows us at OneCare to stay connected with our clients, monitor the support they receive, and implement necessary changes promptly.
