I really like when my carers visit me and they always help me with everything I need. They are all very friendly and talk to my family about anything that I need. I would recommend the company to anyone.
I have been with OneCare for the past four years. I have received a great service in that time. All the carers are friendly and polite. I have got to know the management of the company very well also, who are always professional and supportive. Over time my mobility has become worse, I now spend my time at home. Its always nice to see a friendly face to have a conversation with.
My carers always know the right thing to say if I find myself struggling with mobility or low in mood. I cannot thank the team enough for the support I receive. I am always made to feel credible, and always feel well respected when the carers listen to how I would like my care to be completed and offer me plenty of choice throughout the jobs they do for me. They are particularly supportive when working with the local nursing team regarding my ongoing treatment.
I am sometimes low in mood due to the pain in my legs, I am grateful for the patience my carers show when providing my care.
I am happy with the service I receive. All of the carers that visit me are friendly and polite. I enjoy their visits as I look forward to having somebody to talk to. My carers also make sure I have taken my medication and check I am eating a well-balanced diet to help control my diabetes.
I am very happy with the service being provided. The care team are always professional and treat me with respect. The carers always promote my independence and offer me plenty of choice when transferring me.
I have been receiving care from Onecare Southampton since May 2018 and I am delighted with the service I receive. I have got to know the team well and they understand what I need. I receive a number of their services regularly which include, help with my personal care, my weekly shopping and a weekly domestic visit to help me maintain my flat. I would highly recommend Onecare Southampton to anybody looking for a similar service.
The care my mum received was excellent and all the helpers were very nice when I saw them. My mum said that they always helped her with everything she needed. I do not know how much the care cost so cannot comment on that.
We never know which carers are coming to help get my wife up or help to move my wife to the bedroom in the evening. But she is always treated with care and consideration.

I always feel well respected by my carers who see to me. I am grateful for their patience and the service provided to me. My carers support me with my medication and preparing my food and drinks which is a big help to me. I am happy with the service I am receiving and would recommend Onecare to others.
Very pleased with the service provided, I feel confident she is being looked after. The care she is getting is second to none. We feel and have peace of mind that the career is looking after her well and they get on.
All carers were friendly and approachable. They treated my mother and I with respect and dignity. My one concern was the amount of different carers attending my mum each day. Although they wore PPE, there was often 8 different persons each day. With Covid so severe, I would have preferred more continuity of attendants which would have reduced the risk of infection prior to testing and vaccination.
Onecare Southampton are always extremely helpful towards me and my mother, nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have not been able to visit my Mother because of shielding over the last year. I cannot speak to my mother over the phone as she is completely deaf, so the carers let me know if there is anything wrong or if she needs shopping other than the normal groceries. All her requirements are met by the carers and she is happy with herself. The carers do a wonderful job caring for Mother especially as she can be very temperamental because of Dementia. I cannot fault them in any way.

He has had a devoted carer with him who has gone above and beyond his remit in these Covid times to make sure our son is as safe as possible and the company have done their best to support him in this. Our son is a very challenging case since he can barely utter a word and is fed by a tube. The company have provided the correct training for his live-in carer and those who cover for the occasional breaks he has.
The company always respond swiftly to our calls when we have a query and keep us informed of any issues that arise regarding his care.
My husband and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

Although we only had Onecare from 1st April 2020 until 15th April 2020. We, as a family, can't express our thanks and for the help, we received from all at Onecare team. They made a very difficult situation easier, awaiting for our dear Mum to go into full-time care.
