Onecare has been looking after my husband for 18 months. Staff have been very helpful and the office staff are always very approachable.
I feel the management always have a solution to every problem.
To us, they are the fourth emergency service.

I volunteer for a well-known charity and had the pleasure and privilege of being asked at short notice to care for one of the clients that Onecare has on their books.
As a self-employed home carer, I was very impressed at the level of interest, care and such obvious genuine love shown to my lady by
everyone, from the managing director to the drop in care staff - who both clearly knew the dear lady and were talked about with such delight by her.
My lady clearly looked forward to seeing the managers, who were not above talking to, and assisting with all their clients.
I would very warmly recommend this lovely group of people to care for your people.

Very professional service all round. Friendly staff in the office. The carers that came out to the client were all reliable and friendly and one in particular continually went above and beyond what was asked of them.

Onecare really do care and my husband feels safe and happy in their hands. The carers are friendly, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional and when my husband was very ill recently they were very supportive of me, too. Nothing is too much trouble and we think they are wonderful.

I have carers twice daily from Onecare and have done so for the last 5 months. The carers have all been lovely caring individuals and have been willing to do anything to help me and always with a smile. Any communication I have had with the office has always been courteous and professional. I have

I found Onecare to be extremely professional, polite and caring when looking after my dad. Nothing was too much trouble and often when out of their way to make my dad happy and comfortable.

Throughout my career, I’ve championed transparency in service delivery.
