I was reluctant to have carers, but since having caregivers, I do not know how I coped. Carers are fantastic and helpful; they have helped me cope with my disabilities and do things to make my life a little easier and safer.

We have been with Alpenbest South for about 2 years now, and have been very happy with the service they provide. The carers are kind and considerate to my husband's needs and on the whole they keep to the scheduled timetable, all of which is important to us.

I have had four different carers during the last three weeks and all have been excellent, especially our main carer. My wife and I are most impressed with their care and support. In no way could we fault them. Their visits are always carried out expertly and with humour.

The scope for care/caregiving is wide-ranging and varied and so are the recipients of this cried-out for service. The former in this case then, is the provider of my care Alphabest Company and I am the latter known as the client. The partnership is now in its fourth year arranged by Social Services
and Alpenbest and perhaps will carry on for less, the same or even longer time until I get better. There are some of us who don't and hopefully, Alpenbest with rules and regulations at hand and the clients' wishes respected, makes the time spent smooth to the end. Alpenbest are not only my major care providers but also companionship too. The carers cater for all sorts of needs, from cooking for and with me, shopping, house tidying, washing and dressing up, getting ready for my disability days or just listening to my woes or feeding my pet rabbit and much, much more. They are courteous, respective, understanding, willing, not pushy and give me time to manoeuvre myself.

My experience of Alpenbest care agency, the office staff and the carers is caring, hardworking, kind and efficient.
The office staff are always willing to help, always get back to me if I have concerns about my mum. They are also very proactive, monitoring my mums health carefully and raising concerns
and chasing medication prescriptions - which means a weight off me, as often I don’t need to get involved in these things at all, and I am so grateful.
The carers are wonderful - kind, caring, efficient, hardworking. They get to know her and her needs personally which I really appreciate. This is the best care agency we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and mum and I are very grateful for all they do for us. Thank you.

We have been really pleased by the carers from Alpenbest; they are professional and kind and also very punctual. Mum enjoys talking to them and they have cared for her really well, particularly in these anxious times of COVID 19. I would recommend the carers and Alpenbest.

The two care providers are very professional, caring and arrive punctually. They are thorough and treat my father-in-law with the dignity he deserves. Two of the best carers my father-in-law has had. He is also very happy that he has continuity. He only has one carer a day, but when one has a day
off, then the other one steps in.
