They came first thing in the Morning and at night also to give me time off in the week.
His condition was worsening during their time they were caring for him so I would like to thank them for the patience and time they spent with him.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience with Bay Home Care. We are delighted to hear that your husband has received excellent care from our dedicated team.
We understand the challenges that come with Alzheimer's Dementia, and our compassionate carers strive to...
The manager and her team looked after my mother in the last couple of weeks of her life. Everyone at Bay Home Care was so lovely and not only delivered excellent care they actually took the time to speak to my mum, getting to know her the best they could. The care my mum received was done with dignity, making my mum feel as much at ease as possible. The manager, in particular, was very good with my dad who wasn't coping very well, she went over time on many occasions as she understood how difficult it can be at the end of life, she helped us to understand exactly what was happening and was a shoulder to cry on.
Thank you for your heartfelt review of Bay Home Care. We truly appreciate your kind words and are grateful for the opportunity to have cared for your mother during her final weeks. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care with compassion and dignity, and we are glad to hear that we...
We stayed in Cartmel.
Due to my handicap (paraplegic) I need care in the morning.
There is not a negative thing to say.
Overall is was just excellent.
We booked a two-week stay with our friends from The Netherlands in a lodge at Otter Tarn, Backbarrow and needed a carer first thing in the morning to look after one of our friends who is disabled. Having phoned around the various care providers, we found this perfect company that was able to send one of their team every morning to assist my friend. Bay Home Care could not have been more helpful in making our friend's stay a memorable one. Cannot thank all the Bay Care team enough for providing such a professional service.
I am so pleased I decided to use Bay Home Care. They can't do enough for my parents, and both Mum and Dad like them a lot.
We will always be grateful for what they did.
We were lucky enough to have support from the staff from Bay Home Care come to support our son six hours a week in the school holidays. He has very complex health needs and their support allowed us a much-needed break. Our son is non-verbal and needs total support; gastric feed etc. Every time he heard their voices he laughed, which told us he was happy with them. Thank you for getting us through the holidays.
My husband was well looked after before his death, he had lost a leg and was disabled for many months. He got the virus and ended up in hospital where hid died on the 21st March 2020.
We were very pleased with the care and attention given to him by the care staff. They were caring and sympathetic when needed; he enjoyed the different company. The staff always made sure he was comfortable before they left. I would certainly recommend Bay Home Care.
Bay Care assisted my husband for almost 12-months, firstly one a day, then eventually three times a day, even coming out when needed in an emergency. The carers were always pleasant and made my husband happy and kept his spirits up. They always came on time and helped me enormously, lifting my spirits also. I will be always grateful for their help.
Thank you for providing my father with professional care in his home for the last couple of years of his life. As his needs increased, both he and I appreciated that you were able to tailor your help to suit the changes. Every one of your team who visited him was always conscientious, kind and friendly; my father particularly liked the fact that it was a mixed team of men and women and that the dress code, while easily recognisable, doesn't suggest the role of a nurse. Having said that, your expertise and medical knowledge were important and reassuring. As a daughter in the role of carer, I was grateful for the support given to me, too.
As I live in Australia, it gives me peace of mind to have Bay Home Care look after my sister who is elderly as well as intellectually disabled. Recently, at the height of the Covid lockdown, she had to go to the hospital for some intervention. Before being admitted, she had to isolate for 2 weeks, as well as get a couple of tests. This would have been impossible to arrange without the amazing staff at Bay Home Care. My wife and I are more than happy with the care they provide to my sister. I really don't know how my sister could manage without their services.
They give excellent care and the girls are lovely and the one man very good.
I found the staff very reliable and caring. They always arrived promptly and were pleasant and friendly. During their visits, they always engaged her in friendly talk. they were particularly helpful and supportive during my wife's final days which was a great source of comfort and relief to myself and the family who were in attendance. Special thanks for all the help and advice.
The entire team at Bay Care as ever have been superb even in these difficult times. Despite the added workload and pressures, this must bring, all the carers have continued to deliver their professional friendly service with a smile. Mum had a spell in hospital late last year and her recovery has been helped greatly by the team both with their care and their feedback to me on her progress and their observations. I would recommend this team to anyone. Thank you to you all.
Bay Home Care are reliable and always there to help. They are great with advice and recommendations relating to my mothers care. The carers are patient, helpful and always happy to do the extra little bits of jobs to put my mother's mind at rest.
The team at Bay Home Care went above and beyond in their dealing with a critical urgent matter of care recently. The management and staff here are not only professional and treat people in their care with respect and dignity, they provide support for all of the family. Without Bay Home Care, we would have been not only stuck in a very challenging situation - but also at a loss at what to do or where to go next. The ongoing support that is being provided is amazing. I cannot recommend this agency and the team highly enough. The management of Bay Home Care are compassionate, intelligent, effective, flexible and responsive and the world is a better place for having the manager and the team in it.
Very good.
