Eaton Care looked after my mum in her own home during her palliative care for Cancer. I cannot be more grateful or happier with the compassion, reliability, personal interest and professionalism of the care they provided. Thanks to the team and the carer assigned my mum was not only able to manage in her own home right through her palliative care period but also enjoy and look forward to the visit of her carer which brought her huge emotional as well as the physical benefits of care. The service and team truly worked in a way which actually cared for my mum, as opposed to just "providing care". In the period of time that Eaton Care has been with us, they have become a welcome and important part of the family support for mum. I was concerned about introducing private carers and how it would work out, however, Eaton Care was wonderful to us all.
I was very overwhelmed about having carers but they have been wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. They brighten up my day and make me forget for a short while that I have dementia. I am very thankful to all involved.
I have found to date that the service provided has been very good overall.
Care assistants are very good, the level of care is good, very helpful and caring. Will help with most things.
A caring person and the same person everyday ant the same time. Unless I or cover change time. Willing to do anything always cheery and feels like a friend. My care is temporary post foot surgery but the care has been invaluable. Very pleased and would recommend them.
Good standard of care and conscientious in observing for health issues.
I have been very pleased with the service I have received. The manager has always been very helpful and considerate in our wishes, took her time with us in the beginning. Our carer is wonderful, Dad really likes her which is what is needed as he has dementia and cancer of the pelvis, problems with his feet. She is always cheerful and chatty very supportive to me as well as Dad. Treats Dad with dignity. All in all a lovely person.
They are accommodating, happy to help, happy to adapt services to suit.
One carer in particular, looks after my mum likes she's her own mother and her care gives the family a lot of relief.
I can recommend them whole heartedly.
