Cannot fault our regular carers at all very caring to not only my mum but me as well which is very much appreciated by both. Have built a good relationship with mums regular carers.
If our regular carers are on leave find their replacements just as considerate & caring but always pleased to see our regulars back.

Joy is always friendly and thoughtful in everything she does and we have been happy to trust her to understand how Mum likes things to be done, for example, when she had her cataract operation and needed specific aftercare with several different eye drops.

For several weeks now, R has visited three times per day and is always cheerful and chatty. The actual times she has turned up can't always be predicted, but she always does everything that we ask. She is a great help to me and my wife, and we value her visits.

In 2024 from when you took over it started good but after a while had on cara was vile and rough with mom she was removed second cara in 2025 hit my and moms dogs with iron bar and lock him self in house on his own with mom 3rd cara woke me up at 5am with touch in my face witch hade been agreed from 7am but rest care team have been brilliant at leat 4 of them.

My parents are in their nineties and keen to continue living in their own home: this has been made possible by the superb support provided by Aroma Care. They particularly like the consistency of personnel and their very flexible approach to whatever needs doing during a visit. The carers are patient and encouraging, helping with discretion and respect. Their positive, friendly chats always brighten Mum and Dad's day. They have built rapport and trust based on consistency and thoughtfulness. Whenever I have needed to contact the office (eg to advise about medical appointments etc) my request has always been handled promptly and kindly. The office team have even reached out to me to suggest little tweaks that have made a really positive impact - they truly care about doing a good job and understanding the individual needs of their clients.

I would like to thank Aroma care's management and carers for looking after my 94 year mother who lives alone suffering from dementia. She sleeps most of the day, but you can see her face light up when the carers come in to look after her, taking care of her personal care and preparing her meals and encouraging her to eat. Her care needs and medication are extremely well managed and the carers contact us immediately if they have any concerns. Thank-you so mind much and keep up the good work.
