The carers have been very kind and professional. They have been dedicated to providing quality care to my father. All of the carers who attend to my father have been very supportive. There have been times when my father would not cooperate and very difficult to handle but the carers have always been patient, compassionate and dependable. They have helped to reduce our stress. We are grateful to them for doing the tasks that we cannot do ourselves.

To begin with, I was apprehensive of a care company coming into my home. But all I can say now is that I am totally amazed at the quality of carers, their timekeeping, their qualifications and the hour they look after my extremely vulnerable wife.

Our experience with the team was extremely wonderful. The team were respectful, thoughtful and polite, considering the needs of the client at all times. They were always on time and tried to engage with the client as much as possible and considered her dignity at all times. Wonderful service - thank you!

They helped us every step of the way. They loved Grandad and Paddy (dog)! They definitely took a big bit of weight off of our shoulders going through such a hard time. Thank you.

I cannot give enough praise to the carers who provide personal care for my husband. The carers are professional, caring, respectful and always treat my husband with dignity. They have been a Godsend to me at a very difficult time.

Now I'm familiar with the carers, I'm satisfied. They provide my basic care and I would find life very difficult without them. I am able to communicate my needs and find the carers responsive to my needs. I can't expect any more and I am happy with the service.

All the staff have been caring and considerate of our needs. They have all been cheerful, smiling and very helpful, always.

My mum has received excellent care since Trinity Healthcare Plus has taken over her care. They inform me if they have any problems or need any equipment.

There are no words that can describe the carers who look after my dad. They do their job amazingly and with great care and thoughtfulness towards the patient. they have compassion and a wonderful manner about them, but most importantly, they put a smile on Dad's face. (And mine!) I cannot praise them enough.

Generally very good. They are usually very efficient and cheerful with my husband. Occasionally, they would talk loudly to each other in their language and that made us both feel uncomfortable. On the whole though, we were very happy with them.

I would just like to say how caring and professional the girls at Trinity Healthcare Plus Ltd were to my mother and overall to us as a family. We truly felt they cared and this was evident in the way my mother was treated. Special mention to all the carers that looked after my mother.

I will always recommend Trinity Healthcare Plus to others simply because they have always been helpful and supportive. Especially, the team leaders, are so down to earth and attention to detail with all that is required. I am delighted to have crossed paths with Trinity Healthcare Plus, as I will always call them family rather than carers.

Always cheerful and helpful. Any problems of mine are treated with empathy and respect. My hobbies are respected and show to be of interest. I am allowed to do things but myself, even if I take much more time accomplishing the result, (eg dressing myself) without being hurried along. This could be frustrating for them, but they cheerily encourage my progress. I regard them as my "friends" rather than my "carers".

For the past two years, my mother has had Trinity carer each and every day looking after cleaning, washing and dressing her. They have a lovely rapport with Mum, often making her laugh and smile, allowing myself and Mum to be able to stay in her flat for the duration, giving us an extra two years to be together. The girls do a very difficult job and are very busy, but are always happy and appear to be in a good mood daily. We couldn't have managed without them. A huge thank you.

I have been using Trinity for three months now; they are extremely helpful with my auntie, who has dementia. The carer always clears up after them and leaves my auntie in safety.

My husband became bedbound in November 2020 requiring regular visits by carers to bathe him, turn him to keep him comfortable and deal with his sanitary needs, which enabled me to have him at home during the last weeks of his life. They were efficient, friendly and considerate to our needs, and I believe the two regular ladies became genuinely fond of him and communicated in an interested, friendly and concerned way with the rest of the family. They insisted on singing happy birthday to him on his 94th birthday! They helped to make a very difficult time for us all more bearable. Please pass on our best wishes and gratitude.

Very professional, well run with monthly reviews and out of hours contact available when required. Regular carers are well presented and courteous, and the majority have their own transport which (surprisingly) is not common practice in the industry. This enables more accurate timekeeping for carers, which is important to both clients and relatives of clients who assist with care (like myself).

The carer is very good and does not mind having to clean my husband up. She applies creams to him and I am pleased that we have her help.
