We have only been using Trinity Carers for a few weeks visiting mum twice a day and must say they are wonderful. All carers that have visited mum have treated her with respect and care and very importantly bring a smile to her face on every visit. Tonight mum had a fall (unhurt) and both her and myself getting very distressed, but I called Trinity to see if they could visit several hours earlier than normal and within half an hour knock at the door and there was our lovely carer - never been so pleased to see anyone. They had mum calmed down and relaxed back in bed in no time. Can’t praise and thank them enough.

After my mother had a stroke and was then admitted to the hospital with a broken hip, we were advised to get some home care and were recommended to Trinity Healthcare. Since we started receiving help from them, my mother could not be happier. The carer is polite, always on time and so so caring for my mother, we could not be without her.

I am very happy with the service I am given. I find my carer careing, helpful, cheerful and empathetic. She willingly offers advice. We laugh a lot together and she leaves me feeling comfortable and safe. The office staff are efficient and accommodating when required.

Absolute Diamonds - having had quite a lot of care service experience for other relatives, I feel blessed to have found Trinity for my mother's needs. All staff are superb and dedicated to offering the best experience possible for your loved one. Trinity Healthcare Plus have provided amazing service and very kind and caring for my father who has dementia. They are wonderful people who listen to you and understand and help you. We have carers who look and care for my father 3 times daily, 7 days a week. They provide excellent service and provides a real piece of mind for the whole family.

Not only did they help my mum when she needed the commode but they kept her company during the long nights, chatting and getting her food and drink when requested. Initially, they called us maybe once or twice during the night but they soon formed a good relationship with my mum and didn’t need to disturb us at all. I was very happy leaving my mum in their good hands whilst I was able to sleep. They also reassured me when I was concerned and worried and gave me some very good help and advice. We couldn’t have managed without them.

Trinity Healthcare, have provided excellent live-in healthcare for my father-in-law. The management team have been responsive and professional, in all aspects of his care and responded to any queries we have had over the past year. The live-in carer has been excellent and all support staff have been good. I would highly recommend their services they have provided.

We've been using Trinity Healthcare since March this year, and the staff have been amazing. We choose Trinity over any other Healthcare group because of their flexibility and price that they charge. The lady that they are caring for, has had several periods where she has been taken into hospital through illness, and Trinity have been so amenable and flexible while she was in the hospital. And their readiness to be there to care for her once she was discharged and back at home is very professional. They are always ready to adapt to any changes in her care. The carers that actually attend to her, are well trained, experienced, kind, considerate and very respectful to the way they deal with her and treat her with a lot of dignity. They treat her like a friend, by talking to her and making her laugh, and always keep us informed about how she is doing and if there's anything she needs. And all the team are wonderful and take the pressure off us with the care they provide.
