Good service and good carers.
Many thanks for your 5 star review,It was a pleasure to support you in your time of need.
Thank you for the care provided in my mother's final year and especially the last few weeks. She always looked forward to the visits and was more animated during them. The fact that you also supported my sister, despite not being your client, showed that you are a care provider, not a business.
Thank you for such a lovely review, it was a pleasure caring for both ladies. We wish you well for the future.
Your help was excellent and most helpful at a difficult time.
Thank you for your lovely review it was a pleasure supporting your wife at this difficult time.
Happy with the care my husband received. The carers were professional, friendly and treated my husband with great care. They chatted to him even though he was at times unable to communicate. They were also supportive to me (his wife). They treated him with dignity during his end of life care.
Many thanks for your lovely review. We are so pleased that you both felt supported at this very difficult time in your life. We are always here to help, even if it's just for chat.
My mother became extremely ill after a long illness and was on end-of-life care. The family was struggling to cope with Mum's needs and we needed two people to help Mum with her personal care. I cannot fault the service provided. The carers treated my mother with compassion and respected her dignity. They offered advice and support throughout. I could ring the office at any time if I needed to talk to someone. We couldn't have coped without them. Thank you.
Many thanks for your review. We are pleased that you were happy with the support that Mum received during her end of life care. I am pleased the company ethos was prominent throughout the support Mum received. We are always happy to help in the office.
The carers from this agency were kind and professional. They looked after me after a serious injury and helped me over a number or months to regain my mobility. Having previously had care from a very poor agency I am very grateful to have found Enabling Care For You.
Many thanks for your lovely review. You are an amazing lady and an inspiration to us all! It’s been a pleasure being part of your recovery journey. Take care and have amazing success in your future ventures.
The care staff looking after my very elderly mum-in-law were so friendly, gentle and professional. They always spoke with respect and kindness to her and really gave us the support we needed to help us fulfil her wishes to pass away at home with family.
Your mother-in-law will always be in our hearts.
They're friendly and accommodating and always keep to time. I will recommend them over and over again. They have good personal hygiene, are always punctual, they make sure they put a smile on my dad's face, feed him, do his personal care, do his laundry, and communicate with him like they're part of the family members. Sometimes the manager comes out to help when carers are running late such a loving and caring people.
Many thanks for such a lovely review. It’s an absolute privilege to have been involved in caring for your father. We wish you all the best and if there is anything we can do please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
After 18 months it was clear you were billing twice the amount of time you spent with Mum. Despite repeated requests, you refused to alter anything and effectively stole around £400 a week from a defenceless vulnerable patient.
Dishonest and disgusting. The carers, especially one carer were wonderful with Mum but your company ethos is a disgrace.
For an individual who is receiving palliative care a minimum package of care that would be supplied by any agency is 4 calls a day, for 30 minutes. You requested that we supplied 10/15-minute calls, this is not good practice. This is not enough time to complete any tasks, let alone complete...
I have received very good service from the staff from Enabling Care, very friendly and understood what we required. Also, the support I received throughout from the management. I can't thank you enough.
Many thanks for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to support your wife.
I was very impressed with the care from your company. I would recommend it to anyone who needs care.
Many thanks for your lovely feedback. It was a pleasure to be part of the support.
We thank you all for your consideration and thoughtfulness while you were caring for our beautiful mum. You were gentle, thorough and talked to us, helping us understand situations while they progressed. You had some banter too, which helped as my mum loved to laugh. We are all very grateful for all your help and support through the saddest time of our lives.
Thank you so much for your beautiful review. It was a pleasure caring for your mum and a great honour to be part of your lives at such a precious time of your lives.
Enabling Care For You cared for my mum (palliative care). They were wonderful and my mum had her faves. Even though she swore and cussed, so would we if we had a big sacral sore like Mum did, the carers were lovely, kind and caring. Mum especially loved two of the carers, one of which Mum called by a different name (though she didn't mind), so a big thank you to all of you.
Many thanks for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to care for Mum. She will be dearly missed by us all.
Exceptionally good and highly responsive service throughout the business from the carers to the operations team. Consistency of care was a key attribute from the staff. Excellent support when you need it most.
Many thanks for your lovely review. It was a real pleasure being part of your uncle's life. He will be sorely missed by all of the team.
Service was provided very quickly. Carers are excellent. Very pleased with the care given to my loved one.
Many thanks for your lovely review, it was a real pleasure to care for your husband.
Good service. Improved health of patients testifies to it. The money comment is that carers are pressed for time on some occasions
Thank you very much for your kind comments the teams are always happy to support
I cannot thank Enabling Care For You Ltd enough for the amazing care they gave my mum. They were kind, caring and treated Mum with dignity all the time. I can't fault their care at all. Even when Mum was end of life, they still came four times a day and chatted and cared for her like they always had. When they had to call to tell me Mum had died, they were just so lovely, I was so relieved it was them that told me and not anyone else. Mum could be tricky at times but they always showed her nothing but kindness always.
What a lovely review. The review brought a tear to our eyes. It was a pleasure looking after mum throughout her illness. She will always have a special place in our hearts. I love it when we hear that Enabling Care For You's mission is achieved and the ethos of the company is achieved.
Almost all of the care staff were kind, caring and considerate.
Many thanks for taking the time to review us greatly appreciated.
Staff treated my brother with dignity - never making him feel awkward. Staff were kind and compassionate, always in full PPE and smart uniforms. Keep it up!
Many thanks for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to look after your brother.
Excellent friendly service. Very flexible when responding to my father's changing needs.
Many thanks for your review and thankyou for taking the time to give feedback. Best wishes

Philippa Potter is the Founder and Director of Enabling Care For You, established in 2013 to provide high-quality, person-centred care in the community. With a career spanning over 27 years in the health and social care sector, Philippa has built her professional reputation on strong values, practical leadership, and an unwavering dedication to improving the lives of those in her care.
Currently undertaking her Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, Philippa has a proven record of combining academic learning with practical expertise. She completed her Level 5 NVQ in Leadership for Health and Social Care in 2008, following earlier achievements of Levels 2, 3, and 4 in Care.
These qualifications reflect her lifelong commitment to professional development and to leading by example.
Philippa’s journey into care began in a residential home in Plaxtol, Sevenoaks, where she held the role of Manager and formed a longstanding professional partnership with Lesley, with whom she later co-founded Enabling Care For You. After the birth of her youngest child, Philippa felt drawn to work more closely with people in their own homes. She spent two years working for a mental health charity, supporting vulnerable adults and gaining valuable frontline experience that deepened her understanding of community-based care.
Philippa’s career progressed further when she joined Kent County Council’s Commercial Services flagship care agency. Her leadership abilities were quickly recognised, and she advanced from Branch Manager to Registered Manager for Kent and Brighton, and later to Area Manager. These roles gave her responsibility for overseeing large, diverse teams and ensuring consistent, high-quality standards across multiple areas.
In 2013, driven by a conviction that care could be done differently – with greater compassion, stronger accountability, and more specialist expertise – Philippa took the bold step of starting her own agency. Under her leadership, Enabling Care For You has developed a strong reputation for delivering specialist support to adults with palliative and complex care needs. The agency is known for its ability to combine compassion with clinical excellence, offering bespoke care packages that prioritise dignity, independence, and comfort.
Philippa remains actively involved in the day-to-day running of the agency. Her hands-on approach ensures that she maintains direct contact with clients, families, and staff, fostering a culture of trust and integrity. She is particularly recognised for her ability to support individuals with complex needs at home, often working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Beyond her professional role, Philippa is a strong advocate for continuous improvement in social care. She believes in nurturing staff through training, mentorship, and professional development, ensuring that the next generation of care professionals carries forward the values of empathy, respect, and excellence.
Philippa is widely respected for her vision, leadership, and commitment to high standards of care, and continues to drive Enabling Care For You forward as a leading provider of specialist community care.
Lesley brings over 40 years of experience in the care sector and a wealth of knowledge shaped by decades of hands-on practice. Her career began in residential care, where she balanced raising her young family with a deep commitment to supporting others.
In 1994, Lesley took a bold and personal step by opening her own residential care home within her family home. What began with one client quickly grew into a respected, family-run service supporting up to five residents. For 24 years, she provided care with warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that families valued deeply. The home closed in 2017 due to family logistics, but the impact of Lesley’s dedication lives on in the lives she touched.
Lesley holds the Registered Manager’s Award (RMA) and has completed Levels 2, 3, and 4 in Health and Social Care, reflecting both her practical skill and her leadership ability.
When Enabling Care For You was first founded, Lesley joined as a sleeping partner, quietly supporting the agency as it found its feet. But as the business grew, her depth of experience became invaluable. Today, Lesley plays an active role in the day-to-day running of the agency, offering seasoned insight, compassion, and a deep understanding of client needs.
Families know Lesley for her approachable nature and her ability to combine decades of experience with genuine warmth. She helps to ensure that Enabling Care For You remains true to its roots: delivering care that feels personal, professional, and firmly grounded in real-world experience.

Amelia-Jane is the youngest member of the Enabling Care For You team, but she brings with her a wealth of experience gained both in the community and within the office. She began her career supporting complex clients in the field, where her dedication, clinical knowledge, and natural compassion quickly stood out.
After completing her Diploma in Business Administration, Amelia went on to achieve her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. She is now working towards her Level 5 Diploma in People Management, a clear reflection of her drive and commitment to professional growth. Her ultimate goal is to progress into a specialist HR leadership role, where she can focus on staff development, well-being, and building a strong culture of support across the organisation.
Amelia’s combination of frontline care experience and administrative expertise made her a natural fit for leadership. Recently promoted to People & Office Support Lead, she oversees daily office operations with calm efficiency while continuing to carry out client assessments in the community. This dual role allows her to stay closely connected to both staff and service users, ensuring her leadership remains practical and people-focused.

As the administrative backbone of the agency, she approaches problems with speed, insight, and a solution-focused mindset, ensuring both staff and clients receive the support they need, when they need it.

Whitney entered the care sector after a successful career in customer services, where she honed her interpersonal skills and developed a natural ability to connect with people. Driven by a desire to make a real difference, she transitioned into healthcare and quickly proved herself to be a compassionate, capable, and committed professional.
Since joining Enabling Care For You two years ago, Whitney has embraced every challenge and opportunity. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and calm presence under pressure led to a well-deserved promotion to Care Coordinator in a remarkably short time.
Whitney is currently completing her Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, building on her leadership and organisational strengths. She is passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues, ensuring that care delivery is well-coordinated, responsive, and always centred around the needs of individuals.
With her ambition, caring nature, and drive for continuous improvement, Whitney continues to grow her career in the care sector while playing a vital role in the smooth running of the service. Families and staff alike value her approachable manner and her commitment to delivering high standards of care.
Amy began her working career in retail but after some time realised she wanted a more rewarding and hands-on role where she could truly make a difference. This led her to change career paths and move into the care sector, starting in a care home setting. There, she supported older adults and those under 65 living with dementia, physical disabilities or requiring residential or nursing care.
While Amy loved this work, she was keen to broaden her skills and support people with more complex needs. She transitioned into community care where she has spent the past seven years providing highly clinical and complex support in people’s homes.
Amy’s commitment, loyalty and consistently person-centred approach have earned her excellent feedback from clients, families and colleagues alike. In recognition of her dedication and expertise, she completed her Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and is preparing to undertake her Level 5.
Recently promoted to Team Leader, Amy now supports both clients and staff in the field while also taking on additional responsibilities from the office. Her wealth of experience, clinical knowledge and compassionate leadership make her an invaluable member of the team.
