Avidity Care Reviews (10)
Over all time Avidity Care has 10 reviews.
I am very, very pleased with Avidity Care. The carers 'care' and have restored my faith in the care system (community care). We had a terrible experience previously with another agency and I was worried we would be 'out of the frying pan and into the fire' so to speak. But couldn't be more pleased with Avidity. They are fantastic! The office included. They and also the carers are very approachable, nothing is too much trouble. My father is well looked after! He is treated with respect and they are so friendly but also professional.
Thank you for your glowing review. This is why we do what we do. Nothing gives us greater pleasure and the motivation to strive for better quality. We will pass your feedback on to the carers, they will so appreciate your kind words.
Friendly, efficient, nothing too much trouble. Very professional.
We cannot fault any aspect of the care provided. It has been such a positive move for my mother and all the carers have been wonderful.
The carers are very kind and considerate in what must be a very difficult job. The patient had dementia which makes life hard for everyone.
I was impressed with the flexibility shown in deciding to take me on as a client. (Other firms had a rigid approach) The staff are very friendly, helpful and flexible.
Thank you, it means so much to a small agency with great staff to be acknowledged by clients who use our services. Always a pleasure to have wonderful clients who really appreciate amazing care. Such a rewarding line of work.
The staff are diligent, caring and affable. They treat my mother with dignity and respect. My mother appreciates their company and chats that they have. She is looked after very well and is very happy with their service.
Carers are experienced and know what they are doing. They inspire confidence, I have specific needs with a balloon gastronomy as I cannot swallow.
Very happy with the care my dad gets. His daily carer is very nice. We would recommend this agency to anyone who needs any form of care.
We are very happy and satisfied with the care and service.
Although new to the company, the carer was very polite and eager to please. Delightful girl, great with the dog as well. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks!
