I am very, very pleased with Avidity Care. The carers 'care' and have restored my faith in the care system (community care). We had a terrible experience previously with another agency and I was worried we would be 'out of the frying pan and into the fire' so to speak. But couldn't be more pleased with
Avidity. They are fantastic! The office included. They and also the carers are very approachable, nothing is too much trouble. My father is well looked after! He is treated with respect and they are so friendly but also professional.

I was impressed with the flexibility shown in deciding to take me on as a client. (Other firms had a rigid approach) The staff are very friendly, helpful and flexible.
