I would like to thank the Radfield team for the invaluable support they provide to my elderly mother. The carers are kind and attentive and ensure my mother is treated with respect. They are always on time and complete all task asked of them, providing daily updates on their application. The office team are great, they are quick to respond to emails and messages and are professional at all times. My sister and I are very happy with the care levels and it makes a massive difference to our working lives knowing Radfield have things covered.

The team at Radfield provide exceptional support and care for my mum, especially in the last month when my husband and I have been abroad. The daily care workers have all built up a trusting and supportive relationship with mum and the daily care planning app provides us with peace of mind every day that mum is well. Regular communication with the Radfield team ensures we are alerted and involved with any issues and ongoing care needs. We absolutely couldn't support mum with such a good standard of care without them. Thanks to everyone who works with us! We so appreciate everything you do.

Always totally professional care has been provided consistently in an empathetic manner with mums best needs at the heart of what is undertaken.Treated respectfully and at all times with dignity. Living a long way away the app is a godsend.updated in real time it makes me feel connected and part of her daily life.As her health has deteriated and needs changed they have effectively accommodated changes very quickly. Communication, leadership and care is extremely good and can't praise them enough.make you feel part of a wider family

We are 6 months into using Radfield Home Care, and so far we've been delighted with the service. The staff that turn up are kind, thoughtful, and gentle with my mother. Overall Experience

I am very happy with the care I receive from Radfield and it is important to me to have the same three carers when possible. Radfield ensure my needs are met. My care coordinator is easy to contact and responds to my needs and wants and is very warm and caring. My regular three carers are the ones I want to keep.They are all lovely and 'go above and beyond' to help. I would definitely recommend Radfield to anyone and would not dream of going elsewhere.

Very happy with the level of care provided by Radfield and their carers. We contacted them following a personal recommendation and have not been disappointed. Nothing is too much trouble and they provide such as wide range of help, domestic support , medication etc that everything is now dealt with by one organisation which is incredibly handy. Thank you!

My mum and dad have been receiving care from Radfield for over a year. The whole experience has been very possible and we continue to be impressed by the team and how they have adapted as our parents needs have changed. One of the most reassuring things for me is knowing they have an assigned case manager who oversees the carers. I can contact them by email or phone and any issues are picked up straight away. As an example, my mum had a urine infection and as soon as the carer noticed this the case manager was straight onto it and arranged a sample to be taken to the GP. I'm sorry to say I just don't have the time to drop everything and respond like this but within 24hrs mum had started antibiotics. Mum was soon on the mend and without this quick response she could have got a lot worse. A marvellous service that goes far beyond the visits which are always delivered on time and with care. Thank you!

My experience with Radfield has been very positive.all my carers are very good at their job. I am always listened to and understood. They always explain things to me and make sure I understand, they all treat me with respect and kindness.

Overall Experience

Radfield has been a constant in our lives for over 2 years. Despite bad weather, numerous road closures and our rural location, they have never let us down. The company recognise the importance of continuity of care and en-devour to ensure that a group of regular carers attend to my husbands needs. He has dementia, is now bed bound and largely non-verbal, so carers who are familiar to him and are familiar with his needs are very important. He is treated with sensitivity and empathy, he appreciates the way he is talked to. Radfield is not cheap, but is good value. To be recommend.

My 96 year old aunt was discharged home from hospital 4 weeks ago. She is very frail and we do not live nearby. Radfield carers visit four times a day and provide all of my aunt's care needs.
Without exception, the carers are friendly, respectful, punctual and efficient. I have experience of working in adult social care and know this is not always the case. As a family we are just grateful to feel reassured that she is being well cared for and that the service is totally reliable. In addition the manager frequently supports us with additional tasks such as liaising with district nurses and GP as well as supporting us when we are transporting her to hospital appointments.

We want to thank Radfield staff and carers for the excellent service you all provide and I would not hesitate to recommend your agency.

My experience with Radfield has always been positive. Care received by the client has been excellent and staff have always appeared courteous and caring. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. If a problem arises it is dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Radfield to anyone looking for home care.

The care provided for our mother by Radfield Home Care was of the highest quality for care, attention to detail, kindness, cleanliness and everything! The staff used their own initiative, checking Mum’s skin and if needed, would moisturise and many other small gestures that made a big difference. They were very good at writing in the book we left out for communicating if we weren’t there and their manner with our mother was respectful and friendly, always finding time to have a chat with and showing an interest in her garden and family. They packed a lot into their allotted time but never seemed rushed. All very reassuring that our mother was in the best hands.

Overall Experience

I have found all the carers very kind and helpful. They are so willing to do whatever I need at all times. My two regular carers have become very good friends of mine and we enjoy a short chat at the end of their visits about items of interest that we have in common. They come just in the early mornings. I am 95 years old and still living at home alone. I could not manage without their daily visits.

Overall Experience
At the start of my sister's illness, when we were doing our best to cope at home, your help was invaluable when you were called several times urgently at unsociable hours of the day. Don't think I thanked you before, but do so now with many thanks and gratitude.

Where my carers are concerned, one is exceptional in showing lots of initiative and caring. Others vary but must be pretty good, but feel some need more training.

Very happy with the service from Radfield Home Care. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. No problems with punctuality and the team is small enough to ensure my mum sees the same faces regularly. Would highly recommend if you are looking for care for elderly parents.

With a background in adult social work, I have helped many older people live at home for as long and as independently as possible.

My career has been tremendously rewarding and inspired me to launch Radfield Home Care across Bexhill, Hastings & Battle.

The professional achievement I am most proud of is to have listened to people and prioritised their individual wishes when planning care. This approach is central to the way in which Radfield operates and ensures all our clients retain as much independence as possible.

What is your background prior to joining Radfield?

Over 30 years working in the care industry, starting in domiciliary care as a care assistant and working up to a Registered Manager. Working across different fields in Elderly care, dementia, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Hospital settings.

How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?

Working in the care sector as a health care assistant, senior and manager have prepared me to see care from all sides and have a good understanding of how each role works.

What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?

I have always enjoyed helping and supporting people who require care, to support them to remain independent and have the help and care that they require as they wish it to be.

How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?

I hope my role and experience will give the clients confidence that their best interests are forefront of our care.
