Sadly my uncle was terminally ill and the care and compassion that Alison and Niki showed my uncle in his last weeks was something I shall never be able to thank them enough for.
They were not only there looking after him but they looked out for me too, something that I really appreciated at an awful time.
When I needed extra help there was no hesitation from them, just we can do that.
I know the personal sacrifices they made to do everything they could to help.
I also know my uncle whilst hesitant at first to accept help, really enjoyed them coming in and was sad when they had to leave to go to the next client, he enjoyed chatting to them so much and they really listened which is something he really appreciated as he told me so.
All I can say is thankyou from the bottom of my heart for doing what you do with such passion and dignity.
I never feel rushed or hurried and enjoy the visits and conversations we have.
This package of care I receive not only helps me to maintain my independence at home, but has helped my wife who is my full time carer .
We are most satisfied and grateful to Alison and her loyal and caring team.

I wholeheartedly recommend Amazed Care, run by Alison and her team. They are caring for my mum, who has dementia, and thanks to their support she has been able to remain in her own home. This has allowed her to feel safe, secure and, most importantly, content - something that means the world to me.
Communication has been excellent at all times, giving me complete reassurance that my mum's needs are properly understood and met. The carers themselves are outstanding: consistently kind, empathic and relaxed in their approach, and always willing to adapt to my mum's constantly changing requirements with patience and understanding.

Absolutely outstanding carers and so much more! Amazed Care has provided excellent service from the initial call to starting to care for my mum. This enables her to stay in her own environment. The team spend time getting to know her needs and requirements. Communication is very good and they are always happy to communicate any time of the day or night. My mum has vascular dementia and mobility issues which can be a challenge for them, but they have adapted well to maintain her support. It is so important to have someone who will stay in the house with Mum to enable us to get a holiday and not worry about how Mum is being cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Amazed Care.
