Overall Experience

I wholeheartedly recommend Amazed Care, run by Alison and her team. They are caring for my mum, who has dementia, and thanks to their support she has been able to remain in her own home. This has allowed her to feel safe, secure and, most importantly, content - something that means the world to me.

Communication

has been excellent at all times, giving me complete reassurance that my mum's needs are properly understood and met. The carers themselves are outstanding: consistently kind, empathic and relaxed in their approach, and always willing to adapt to my mum's constantly changing requirements with patience and understanding.

Knowing that my mum is being cared for with such compassion and professionalism has been invaluable.

Amazed Care have made a profoundly positive difference to both my mum's quality of life and my peace of mind.

Overall Experience

Amazed Care: 10/10 service, highly recommended. The manager and her amazing team provided care for my husband during his last weeks of palliative care at home, and we could not have wished for better service. Amazed Care were highly professional, flexible in their approach, and treated both the patient

and the family with utmost respect and kindness. Thank you!

Overall Experience

Absolutely outstanding carers and so much more! Amazed Care has provided excellent service from the initial call to starting to care for my mum. This enables her to stay in her own environment. The team spend time getting to know her needs and requirements. Communication is very good and they are always

happy to communicate any time of the day or night. My mum has vascular dementia and mobility issues which can be a challenge for them, but they have adapted well to maintain her support. It is so important to have someone who will stay in the house with Mum to enable us to get a holiday and not worry about how Mum is being cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Amazed Care.
