I cannot recommend the Home Instead Agency more highly. They are extremely professional and cater exactly for the needs required due to the time they took during their detailed assessment. All the carers were completely reliable and provided an excellent service. Above all, I found everyone within the Agency so very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Home Instead have been helping my father who is living alone in Exeter for several months. He is independent and capable of living at home alone as long as there is some support. Home Instead has been very flexible and ensure that he reaches the shops on a regular basis. He is very complimentary about the quality and friendliness of the staff that provide that assistance. As I live some distance away having Home Instead on tap gives me the peace of mind that all is well especially as I know that I could ask Home Instead to step in at any time should my father need further assistance.

The owners are very good at providing the carers, which my mother now needs. As I live a long way from Dawlish, I need to have the reassurance that she is in good hands and I feel that Home Instead are giving me and my family that reassurance.
