My experience with your company has been so good. I really can't thank them enough for the service my team have given me. I couldn't have managed without them. This year I have had a nasty fall which left me unable to cope myself. My needs have been met completely (broken shoulder and broken wrist).

The standard of personal care from Home Instead has been outstanding and a real help to my father over the past 18 months or so, providing him with invaluable assistance when both living at home and more recently at a care home. As well as assisting with everyday living activities at home, in the care home environment, it has still been of great value taking him out to enjoy activities and assisting with personal care such as showering getting dressed and providing companionship and extra company.

Home Instead Senior Care Newport is great - the system of an existing carer introducing a new carer was much appreciated by my father. The genuine concern to get things right for Dad, the individual approach and flexibility are strong, especially when we have needed to make changes and put additional caregiving in place. It is reassuring to see both back office and carers working together to get things right. Thank you all.

All 4 carers who have visited me have been helpful and caring but the latest one is quite a bit older and I feel we have a lot more in common.

I would thoroughly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for professional, quality care for a relative or friend.
The management and staff are reliable and very well organised.

The client has a small team of carers to whom they have been introduced so know who will be turning up to see them. This is an important factor for older people. The carers are punctual, patient and kind, always bearing the needs of the client in mind. The feedback from the management to myself has also been excellent and I would definitely use home Instead again if the need arose.

Fantastic service provided by the whole team at Rogerstone Home Instead Senior Care.

Office staff are very professional, compassionate and kept me up to date with any concerns raised by my grandmother's carers, they ensured that she had a regular carer, which helped to keep a routine so needed with her dementia diagnosis.

The carers were well trained, helpful, extremely trustworthy and always cheerful and willing to help, which always brightened up my grandmother's day and she would enjoy the time spent with them.

Excellent service provided by all the staff and I would highly recommend them.

I can’t praise the staff of this branch enough. Each and every one of them has gone above and beyond what I would expect when looking after my dad. Noticing changes in his mental health keeping us informed and involving medical care and calling family when needed. It gave my family such peace of mind that he was so well looked after. Dad loved having them come to the house and enjoyed their company. We are all happy he was able to keep his independence a little while longer.

I opened Home Instead Newport, Cwmbran and Chepstow in October 2017 with my daughter Laura. I was thrilled to find Home Instead and to have the opportunity in the community that I have grown up in to be able to make a difference in the lives of the elderly. Having experienced caring for a close family member I know exactly how important good heartfelt care is.

I was attracted to Home Instead for its high-quality care and its ethos where the focus is on building a caring, trusting relationship between our client and our Care Professionals, which supports older people remaining living independently at home. We provide our clients with the very best support and will always work hard to make sure things are right for them. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, walk my dogs and read. I am also a trustee of the Noah's Ark Children's Hospital for Wales and I fundraise regularly for the children's hospital to help with providing play specialists, new equipment, refurbishments and much more.
