All the carers have been extremely helpful and attentive to my sister's needs. Cheerful and courteous they are providing all the services she requires to make her daily life easier and more comfortable.
Thanks for your comments, we enjoy visiting your sister, and helping her get some exercise every day.
My dad is very happy with the support he gets.
Staff are very helpful around the house and tackle a wide range of tasks. They go beyond their remit and provide food/shopping as they see fit.
Thanks for this review. Your dad is such a great character and explains exactly what he needs. We are always happy to listen to what he says and be as helpful as possible.
Totally reliable care provider. Caring, quality support staff. Excellent communication with the company who have worked well to find suitable matches for my mum. I would highly recommend Home Instead to others.
Thanks. Open communication and connecting the right people are very important in making things work. Thanks for taking the time to write this positive review.
Home Instead Paisley branch have been very supportive of my mum this year, particularly looking after her during the Covid lockdowns. They even organised for her care worker to pop in on Christmas day to check she was OK. Mum loves her care worker who she calls her new best friend. The management and staff have been outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough.
Thanks, John, we seem to have found a great match, and they enjoy each other's company. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to get involved.
Super kind carers, responsive holistic service. I heartily recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for home care.
Thanks, the team will be delighted with your feedback, they all enjoyed spending time with your mum.
I cannot thank the staff at Home Instead Renfrewshire enough. The service they have provided for my mum has been outstanding. They have been extremely reliable and the girls who go in to visit have been brilliant. They have gone above and beyond anything expected and are always going out of their way to help. Nothing is ever a problem and they have made life much easier for us. Huge thanks to you all. Would strongly recommend them.
Thanks for your kind words, the team always enjoy visiting your mum.
I was wary about having strangers in the house to help me with everything because having been so ill over the past few years I've got used to being alone and I like to think I am independent, but I DO need help. I have a team of 4 with an extra if someone is off and it doesn't take long for these girls to be like family and not strangers. However, they never take liberties and are always professional, so helpful and always cheery, but empathetic when needed. Nothing is too much trouble and the office staff easily change times if I need to be in hospital or anything. Wonderful experience, not like local council set-ups.
Our team enjoy finding ways to help you out and spending time with you. Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback and thanks for asking us to get involved.
My carer is wonderful, always a smile on her face. She will do anything asked of her. She is probably one of the most upbeat people I have ever known. I look forward to her visits and assistance in the jobs I now find a bit difficult. She is meticulous in her work.
Thanks, we will make sure she receives your lovely feedback. It's a pleasure to be involved with your household.
As my wife's main carer for 8 1/2 years, I decided on a 'tuck-in' service supplied by Home Instead. I find the team of carers I have from the company reliable, competent and caring in carrying out their duties. They also have good back-up from management. Should there be any problems at any time I'm always on hand to advise.
Thanks - our CAREGivers all feel part of your team, and are happy to help. Thanks for posting such positive feedback.
The care provided by all of the carers who have cared for my father has been excellent. The staff are thorough, kind and treat him with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend this company as a care provider.
Thanks for taking the time to post such a positive review. Our team enjoy supporting your father, and always have a laugh with him.
I have greatly appreciated the care I have received from Home Instead over the past fifteen months. The company's promise to ensure that client and carer were compatible and the relationship maintained over time had been kept, and this has to be commended. It can't be easy for carers having several clients to adapt to different personalities, procedures and idiosyncratic, but I can honestly say the adaptability and my carers kindness, their willingness and go the extra mile, also their tolerance of my perhaps old fashioned ways. Their cheery dispositions brighten the start of the day.
Thank you for your kind and thoughtful words. We are delighted that you gave us the opportunity to help.
From my initial contact, Home Instead has been responsive to and understanding of my needs and always professionally friendly. 'My' caregiver has arrived promptly and proved to be cheerful, efficient and adaptable to my changing needs - especially during these Covid-19 challenging times. She has managed to maintain my sanity throughout my (initially) accident-imposed and now the virus-imposed, immobility and lockdown. Her knowledge of the local area has been an added bonus as she lives nearby. I couldn't have managed without her and her colleagues in Home Instead (Renfrewshire & Barrhead).
Thanks so much for the positive review, and I'm glad we have been able to help you manage through this unusual period. Your specific CAREGIver will be especially grateful to read your positive words of praise.
I say it often but must reiterate again that we would not be able to continue to have mum in her own home without the support of the Home Instead Team and for this, as a family, we are truly grateful.
Support always goes two-ways. We have been lucky to work with your whole family to provide support to your mum. Thanks for your kind and encouraging words.
Home Instead have been caring for my uncle for the past few months and have always been professional, reliable and happy to be flexible regarding his care needs. During this particularly difficult time of Covid-19, Home Instead has continued to provide the highest quality of care and adapted the care provided to add further services to my uncle while he required to remain at home I accordance with the regulations. Home Instead has been very easy to contact and deal with and I would highly recommend them.
We really enjoy providing support for him and we'd like to thank you for taking the time to provide such a positive review.
The service provided was excellent and very responsive to our needs. The period of service took place during a very difficult time for the family and management and caregivers did their utmost to accommodate our changing needs as the situation evolved.
We were happy to help when you needed our support. Thanks for taking the time to write a review for us.
He is much happier and more comfortable since they started visiting. We are extremely happy with the service and the quality of care provided.
Thanks for such a positive review. Your father is a lovely gentleman to support, and we enjoy our time with him both inside and outside of his home. Both of his CAREGivers are delighted by your feedback.
This 10/10 service makes it possible for my mum to live at home, this is very important to her.
Thanks for your lovely review. The caregivers enjoy spending time with your mum every day and seeing her actively participating in events when we take her out for a trip.
Home Instead was an outstanding service for my Dad who has Parkinson’s. The carers were all extremely professional and kind to Dad. They made him laugh and really took the time to get to know him. He was always treated with dignity. They were never in a hurry to complete the care and took their time to ensure all care was completed to the highest standard. When we realised early on that more care was needed and therefore more hours this was no problem and care was provided immediately. I can’t praise the carers and office staff enough. They really were a super solution during a very difficult time.
Thanks for saying such lovely things about Home Instead. Helping your dad and interacting with the whole family was an incredibly rewarding experience for us all.
