The whole family are please with the personal care that was provided to our grandmother. SureCare supported her in every way, and she was very at home with them. All the carers were loving and caring.

I am very pleased with the care and support my mother was provided in her last days with us. She enjoyed the social aspect and the help the caregivers provided. We are all happy with SureCare's (Trafford) ability to amend and change the care package as required.

Very happy with the level of care, given how difficult the client can be.
He does need more hours, as carers do not have time to do all the tasks.
I would appreciate more feedback, such as when he needs cleaning material, food, or when the flat is full of bags of clothes.

I used SureCare (Trafford) to help me after my return from the hospital. The service was prompt and very personal to my needs. I felt safe and happy once the carers supported me. I would recommend SureCare (Trafford) to anyone who needs help. They are wonderful; the manager was always prompt in her
response and dealt with my needs swiftly.

Professional, friendly staff.
Efficient and quick in providing carers to my mother after the initial referral.
Staff arrived on time and treated my mother with dignity.

SureCare (Trafford) provide great service and prompt updates on all stages. Cared for my wife as she came out of the hospital.
The care plan was changed a few times with no issues and problems and was really happy with the service and would highly recommend SureCare (Trafford).

My father has used Sure Care (Trafford) for more than two years. He is very happy with the care he receives each morning, and the staff who visit him are courteous and caring. They arrive promptly and let him know if they are running late. We have already recommended Sure Care to neighbours.

I had to amend Mums care package a number of times, changing times and number of visits. Manager was very accommodating, trying to keep the same carers seeing Mum wherever possible. Carers were kind, helpful and caring towards Mum. We wouldn’t have coped without them.

This is a great company.
My mum gets help with shopping, personal care and cleaning.
The staff are lovely, and the service very good.
If I (as a daughter) need to call anyone, they are very responsive... you don’t have to wait for ages on the phone or for someone to get back to you.

The carers were efficient and respectful. They did their job carefully and treated me with dignity.
They were also very friendly and amusing, making the time spent a pleasant experience.

The manager and her team were friendly, warm and made my dad feel safe and cared for. They took very good care of his needs and treated him with the utmost dignity and respect.
